Great location right at the beach of Jomtien. The hotel has a classic look that's very appealing with a theme about boats hence why they call it Jomtien Boathouse. The restaurant was very good and if you like Elvis each Saturday and Sunday there is an Elvis impersonator performing at the restaurant. Not really my thing but it also didn't bother me.

There was a strange funky smelling odor sometimes in my room. I don't know if that is an odor that's supposed to smell like you are living on a boat but I thought it didn't smell good. It wasn't always there and I thought it came through the aircon system.

The location is hard to beat - overlooking the beach with so many restaurants, bars, services & stores nearby. Room rates are good. The room was lovely and the restaurant/bar downstairs so convenient. Loved seeing/hearing Elvis on the weekends!

Maybe the restaurant/bar pricing is a little steep, especially compared to others. No pool, but it’s right on the beach.

The food was amazing I ordered room service every single day. The vibe was very relaxed, the view beautiful, overall clean, the staff very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back if I ever passed through Pattaya again.

The balcony door got stuck quite often and even came off once but I managed to put it back in place. Like others have mentioned there's no elevator so going up the stairs can be challenging. There were also many small ant-like bugs on the balcony and in the room. The beach is always crowded and noisy at all hours so bring earplugs. The shower only got warm not hot.

Unable to get 5 minutes help to book a simple bus ticket as my cc was not accepted on the bus companies website. Last time I had no problems. Asked manager to do on her phone and I would give her the cash ...141 THB!! It would have saved me a lot of time and hassle.

The beachside location was outstanding with the open air restaurant overlooking the ocean and the passing parade. The staff were really lovely and made every effort to meet our needs in a fully booked hotel. The restaurant meals and service were the highlight of our stay and we look forward to returning.

Our first room wasn't ideal but the manager upgraded us as soon as a room became available. Much appreciated.

Rooms with balcony very nice and the best selling point for this hotel. Its possible to get more for your money. Security good. very hard working attentitve staff.

Included breakfast very disappointing. Better value food else ware No tea or coffee facilities. Gaps around doors and frames. Could let mosquitoes in off corridor. Shower heads old. All in all place needs a little maintenance work doing.

Great location breakfast very good and staff very friendly and helpful in the bar you also had to use your key card to get access to the living area

The lighting in the room wasn't very good just two small table lamps and a small bulb above the mirror

The location is awesome for the pricing.

When breakfast is ordered the food comes out that way. Had to send food back. Ordered my eggs cooked all the way they came back very runny and slightly runny the 2nd time but could eat. Its like the cook has his own mind. Don't listen to the waitress when they order or the eggs ate already cooked standing by.

Breakfast very adopted to different tastes. Location i perfect with only one road between hotel and beach. It is easy to take the frequent lorry taxis for 10 Bath to Pattaya or to Jomtien Complex.Some room have balkony and view towards the beach.

Maybe lack of elevator. Nothing more.

Seafront room with balcony was great. It was clean and comfortable. The value of room was very good and we would definitely stay again. Finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful, doing their best to make everything good for you during your stay.

No elevator maybe, but exercise is good.
