I have stayed in Pattaya a few times. I always stay in Soi 1 & 2 at Sabia hotels. This time, from September until the end of November [3 months] I stayed in Sabai Sabana. This hotel has 2 great pools, one of the main reasons I stay there, as I always swim each day. The bedroom was nice/comfortable. The food was also enjoyable. Being at the hotel for 3 months, I was able to observe all staff, from management, desk staff, kitchen staff, waiters, garden staff, maintenance and the cleaners, all worked so hard and as a team. I would though like to say a special thank you to the cleaners who made up my room each day. The room always felt so clean, welcoming-thank you.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, so knew what to expect. The refurbishments were completed this time, and were tastfully done.

The staff lack that “Thai Friendliness” for some reason, however the house keeping man was very nice. The staff just do what they need and there is a lack of feeling welcome, the gym is terrible … no weights, just an elliptical machine and treadmill. Restaurant food was okay but not special.

Excellent open reception area. 2 pool areas one is a sun trap the other shaded in the internal courtyard. Very helpful staff. Efficient and nice. Clean rooms of decent functional needs for the price point. Asked for a kettle in room and within one minute the good staff arrived with one. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay again. Fantastic location in North Pattaya. Close to Terminal 21, beach road restaurants and nice sea facing bars down towards soi 6.

Only tiny thing is the food was fine but not great and kinda disappointing tbh but edible when hungry. But lots around the area so not a real issue.

It's a very good location for solo female travelers who aren't in Pattaya for parties. It was my first solo visit to Pattaya, and staying in the safe part of the city was important to me. Friends recommended me hotels near Terminal 21, and it was just perfect. Very close to the mall (it helps because EVERYONE knows where Terminal21 is located so it's easy to find your way). It's a bit far from Walking street which is a plus, but it's close to the sea, the market, the foodcourts. It's also relatively close to the Sanctuary of Truth, MiniSiam and all other cultural locations. The hotel feels calm and relaxed. The staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious and clean. I actually stayed longer than originally planned because overall, it was comfortable.

Soundproofing omg 😅 That's a huge downside, and in any other city it would annoy me to no end. But in Pattaya, location was the most important to me, so I had to deal with zero soundproofing. When people walk in a corridor, you can hear every step, every squeak of the shoes, every breath. When they talk in the neighbouring room, you can hear them clearly. Luckily, it's rather a calm hotel, so there was no very noisy or drunken neighbours. Nearby there is a place with loud live music, and you will hear them playing daily, until 23-24:00, and it will be as clear as if they were in your room:)

I stayed for ten days, initially booked by myself and then booked by a company as part of an event. The room I booked through Booking.com was the cheapest and it was minimal and as ever, the furthest from reception. No balcony and limited TV channels. The second booking was an upgrade to pool view with a balcony and much better TV. In all the hotel was great. Very comfy and rooms serviced as required. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was lovely. Very good location for Terminal 21 shopping, the beach and resteraunts. Its fair to say that Pattaya is large and if you want a quieter area, this is perfect, just far enough away from the clubs and gogo bars to be peaceful but a shortish walk to get to them.

Each room I had, I found hairs in the shower or bath. The hot water is via an instant electric water heater, it was absolutely impossible to get a constant flow of warm water. It was hot, cold, hot, cold. The WiFi was poor, requiring lots of resets and password inputs.

We booked that by booking.com And they give us on the top corner dark room far from main building etc. And no shampoo or soap in bathroom

Firstly, a wonderful location: opposite Central Marina, to the left is Terminal 21, to the right is the night market. Pleasant polite staff, we did not have a passport at the time of check-in, checked in by photo. The guy helped carry our bags to the room. We had connecting rooms, with a common door between the rooms, which is very convenient for a family of 4 people. The balcony overlooked the pool, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is another pool with a water slide, open until 20.00, but the guard gave the children 5 minutes to ride from it. The breakfasts are good. There is a large Parking. Next time, this accommodation will be a priority for me.
