The location of the hotel next to the Gay Quarter. It was quiet considering how near it was to the bars and clubs. Short walk to the shops, beach and restaurants. The excellent inexpensive all-you-can-eat breakfast, the meals they serve in the evening, the good sized rooms, the friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend it as a solo traveller

The Cleaning Staff were the best and most professional I have ever encountered after 60+ years of travel. Big Smiles every Morning and always thorough in Work. The 2 Ladies were helpful and spoke Good English. Great Credit to the Owner. Thanks 🙏

Everything! Although the hotel isn't one the swankiest in all of Pattaya and may come across as a little dated in decor, it has more than enough to make your stay as comfortable as it should. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. I had a problem before retiring for the night when I noticed I had an uninvited guest in the room. A lizard made itself cosy in the corner of the ceiling in the room, I've got a phobia towards these critters and will not be able to sleep in the same space with one. A helpful staff came to my rescue and literally gently escorted the uninvited guest out of the premise without harming it. All my nights were restful, I slept great!

Nothing...only the heavy downpours, but that's beyond the hotel!

Rooms are Oki. Cleaning, fresh towels will be provided every day. In the middle of the Jomtien complex. Nothing special but all the stuff is giving everything that you feel pleasant. No discussion in the night if you wanna take someone with you. Of course everything on your own responsibility. Breakfast can be booked for 250 Baht/ day (all you can eat / incl coffee und other beverages).

Bathroom is very old. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the bathroom, I assume the pipes are old.

For the price, everything was very good €230 for 12 nights booked though booking.com and they told me they upgraded me. The room was spacious and cleaned every day if needed. I have already booked for going back for another week. Overall, very good value for money in a great location. Staff were nice and sorted any issue raised.

I did not like the location of the air-conditioning unit which blew onto my head when sleeping. It could have been better located. There was a problem with the air-conditioning on the second or third day where the remote control could not operate the unit but they fixed that the following day. I think the unit was old and sometimes the room was cooler than I wanted but overall I was happy. They provided me with a fan when the unit was not working properly and left it with me for the duration of my stay.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and have a balcony (pool side). Beds and linen clean and comfortable. Good working airconditioning. Shower room is okay. But the swimming pool, that is really fantastic. Just a rectangular pool, no nonsense. Spacious. And the water is clear and a bit salty. Good breakfast for a reasonable price.

If you come by car it could be a problem to park your car near the hotel. There are only 3 parking lots available. However in the streets nearby you will always find a place to park. Just a walk of about 200 m.

Thank god for soft beds. Budget places in Asia used to have concrete beds. Bed was nice here. Room good size, fridge, decent AC. Good housekeeping. Pool facing rooms are quieter. Small pool, which doesn't get much sun. Small gym. 24 hour reception. Was taken to room by staff which I would say is essential as room numbering is, at, best eccentric. Staff pleasant and efficient. Right in the heart of the gay bit of Jomtien, which is in turn, now the gay bit of Pattaya generally. Few minutes walk to Jomtiem beach, which thanks to recent initiatives, is pleasant and has a nice paved promenade. Good value for a short stay.

There was a leak into the room during a torrential downpour. Housekeeping raced in with extra towels to mop up unbidden, so this is an ongoing issue. Management should fix the leak!

I regularly stay at Zing. The rooms sre clean and a good size. The pool area is very good. The location is excellent.

Unfortunately, the one per person rule with pool and beach towels is not a good idea as they are not long enough to cover the sun loungers, nor are they long enough to lie on, on the beach. To compensate, I took one of the white towels also to the beach but I can see that regularly doing this will discolour them. . Maybe investing in much longer towels would be a good idea? I have seen them at other resorts.

Breakfast was decent varieties and tasty. It is located in best place. Very friendly kind staff. Room is large and spacious. Everything nearby to access. 5mints walk to jomiten beach and bus stand. Bike rental opposite to hotel. Room and all the accessible areas are clean and Everytime some one is cleaning the places. especially dining area staffs are so kind and helpful ,making Everything ☺️ in a short and quick time ,the front desk also so kind. I have stayed 3 nights with baby ana highly recommended to stay.
