The King Suite was wonderful. Bed, room size, balcony, view, location, bathroom so big. Breakfast top notch. Loved it. Swimming pool very popular and looked great as well.

The trellace bathroom wall on windy nights meant the blinds constantly were banging against the wall. Easy fix, that was annoying. At check out time, not enough staff, only 1 when I checked out. Not fair on her, she did so well though. I ordered room service 1 night and the plate sat outside where the cleaner left it, on the floor for 24hrs.

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our rooms, including the bathrooms, were spacious. Power points to charge phones and other personal devices were plentiful. The hotel internet was speedy, reliable and available throughout the resort. Restaurants, shops, markets and bars were all close by. The included breakfast offered many food choices.

The hotel is next to the Chonburi Immigration Office, which means during the day there is a lot of pedestrian traffic. For us, this did not adversely affect the quality of our stay.

Modern and new facilities, nice and hard bed. Breakfast is great, both european style and asian style to choose from. The location at Soi 5 is great with close to everything and the pool are is great with two pools and large amount of sunbeds and longe chairs.

The armchair in the room is not so comfortable and in my room it was worn so the seating area was not comfortable. It would also be good to have a table at the armchair .

Lovely large bedrooms. The food and drinks were exceptional good value. Christmas eve music on the lawn was very good.

No iron in the bedroom and reception do not have one either. Egg station was overwhelmed with guests and only one staff to try and cope. The pool towels are in need of replacing as they are very old and thread bear.

This is the 8th time staying at hotel I love the old building more spacious but please the bathrooms need modernising need walk in shower as a must

Very close to the beach. Location is good. Breakfast options were sufficient but I was upset that there was no cheese..

The visible parts of the room were cleaned but the invisible parts were dirty. I found napkins and nuts under the coffee table. Also, the shelves were very dusty..

Excellent staff with excellent attitude for customers. Very comfortable room and the swimming pool area is always good for relaxing

Some guests smoking while using the swimming pool. I think the staff should have challenged them and asked them to leave

The hotel is very close to Jomtien and Dontang beaches. The rooms in the new building (where reception is) are very modern and clean. When we were allocated a below expectations room in the old building, the hotel manager was very prompt and good in sorting out our complaint.

The old building where we were first placed is in need of a renovation, particularly the bathrooms. The beds are also very firm and could do with a mattress topper. Also, there are no toothbrushes/tooth paste or hair conditioner in any of the rooms. These are basic hotel items which should be supplied.

Location is excellent surrounded by everything you need. Very clean rooms and I was in the older section and the room was great plus large in size. I had a problem the the AC when I went into the first room it wasn’t cold and straight away they sent 3 maintenance guys around who said it needed fixing and they changed my room straight away 👍Plenty of choice for breakfast and the omelette they cook is first clsss. I booked for 3 nights and have just extended my stay.

Mattress is too hard for me but if you’ve got plenty of meat on your bones you’ll be fine (I’m skinny). Couple of USB points would be good too but it’s a great place to stay.

Good size room, well appointed with large bed and good storage space. Housekeeping was very good, servicing room quickly and efficiently.

When I checked in, Reception staff were disorganised and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I wasn’t given a receipt for the 1000THB deposit I had to pay although I was given it back with no issues on checkout. Shower was in bath and had no power. I was on the 6th floor and the shower was just a dribble making it hard to shower and wash my hair Not an issue for me, but no full length mirror in room may be an issue for others.
