Convenient Transportation: The resort provided complimentary pick-and-drop services to nearby attractions, including the beach, shopping centers, and Carnival Magic. Special thanks to Mr. Tree for being so cooperative and friendly during these trips. 6. Thoughtful Staff: The facility staff were amazing throughout our stay. 7. Birthday Surprise: The resort surprised us with a delicious cake for my daughter’s birthday, which added a personal touch to our experience. 8. Private Pool Experience: The in-suite pool was incredible and offered a relaxing and private experience. 9. Complimentary Fruits: Fresh fruits provided daily were a delightful gesture. 10. Kids’ Activities: The kids’ play area was fantastic, offering a variety of arts and painting sessions at reasonable prices, which kept the little ones entertained. 11. Exceptional Room Service: The room service was prompt, and the food quality was excellent.

Unfortunately, there was one disappointing issue. After my departure, I received an email from the facility claiming a false damage charge of 15,000 THB, alleging that we had damaged a sofa with cigarette use. This was baffling as no one in my family smokes cigarettes. I requested the resort to recheck their claim, as it seems completely unfounded. I am still awaiting a response from the facility regarding this matter.

Breakfast spread and English proficiency could be better

Excellent hotel, booked the 2 bed penthouse pool suite. Room was large, well set out with 2 beds, lounge space with dining table and well stocked kitchen and outdoor balcony. Small private pool with sun beds were on the roof accessible by a set of stairs within the suite lobby area. Main restaurant is great for meals, though we ate mostly in our room as plenty of space. Good choice of western and thai dishes for adults and kids. Excellent sauna which we visited twice. Very helpful staff. Use of hotel transport for runs into Kamala for free was great facility. Hotel has prime location on the edge of Kamala town which can be reached by use of complimentary hotel transport or a short walk. Also only 3 minutes to nearby closest local restaurants, 7-11 and Pharmacy.

Minor gripe about the water pressure for the showers in the room. Would run ok, then water would slow to a trickle and then run normal again; this would repeat for the whole time during use. Possibly due to using pumped system to reach top floor of block of 3 suites. Small kids club where space and activities are probably more suited to toddlers (2 to 6 years) than older kids (>7).

Paradise, luxurious and authentic to bring in Thailand. The 2 bed pool suite made it feel like we had a real home away from home. The pool was always so peaceful and quiet where you never had to worry about beds not being available. Views were spectacular. Food was great. Staff so very accommodating and helpful. The places to go nearby were a mix of amazing and cute, and the hotel have a free car to drive you and collect you. You get looked after from the moment you arrive and can have both peace and fun on a holiday here however you choose!

Loved it all but helpful feedback would maybe be a more modern set up with tv/ music connectivity so you could stream music and films when wanting to hang out in your room.

Entering the villa was really an exceptional experience with plenty of space, decoration and artwork in local style and relaxing music playing in the background. The pool of the villa was nice and the hotel common pool was splendid, with usually plenty of space. The hotel breakfast was versatile with many choices of different types of dishes. The hotel personnel was really helpful, resourceful and polite. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beach bars where you can use sunbeds and get beach towels for free, and also good service. The hotel has also free taxi service to the beach.

The pool of the villa does not get sunlight practically ever, but the hotel common pool is sunny. Some of the villas are pretty high up, but there are golfcarts to move you around.

Amazing staff and implacable service , 3 bedroom pool villa was extremely spacious with 4 bathrooms! Huge and fully equipped kitchen, free transportation to nearby spots yet Kamala beach, grocery shop and restaurants are 5 minutes walk (no sidewalks so be careful) , fantastic breakfast with local and international treats. Excellent infinity pool our kids loved . Perfect luxurious vacation away from the crowd.

The only thing I would change is breakfast selection. The quality and variety is really great but it’s almost the same every day. If you stay for more than 2 -3 nights you might want more diversity (different salads , cheese etc.)

i stayed in 3 rooms villa with private pool .the resort was so clean without any flies ,bugs or lizard . the staff were so cooperative and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the steak night was amazing. the spa was calming and relaxing. free transportation to kemala beach and other facilities free of charge for a distance not more thank 15kms.

Andara completely exceeded my expectations... and I've stayed at a lot of resorts and hotels before. Where do I even start with this amazing place??! 1) INCREDIBLE VILLA LAYOUT/BUILD + INFINITY POOL - I thought the pictures Andara had put up online looked very good, but in person, it was so much bigger and better than I could ever expect. Our villa was a 3-floor villa with an infinity pool. It even came with a huge living room/kitchen, yoga room, and and office! The hallways at Andara are as big as the hallways in a museum. The ceilings have to be 20 ft tall at least. The infinity pool was definitely big and had such a nice view of Kamala Beach and the ocean. It was a nice little 10 minute walk from the villa to downtown. 2) TOP NOTCH WIFI - The Wifi was never spotty and worked super fast. I could FaceTime, stream videos, and my sister was able to do Zoom meetings with no issues. 3) AIR CONDITION - Ok this place got so cold, that I had to bundle my self in many layers of blankets - I love doing that. When I did turn off the AC and turned it back on again, it got cold pretty fast for how big the rooms were. 4) LOTS OF PRIVACY - There is so much privacy at this place; I never once saw a neighbor and I could only hear them in the far distance. 5) FABULOUS SERVICE - We had anywhere from 2 to 3 housekeeper/chef in our villa at all times. Their office is the kitchen where they get their privacy and can plan meals, take phone calls, etc. I do know that 2 of them stay at the villa in their own quarters during the night. Even though they are there 24 hours a day, they really are only working 10-16 hours a day depending on when you need them. The lead housekeeper will usually ask us what we want for breakfast, lunch, or dinner the day before so they can prepare. They will bring you a drink or coffee within minutes of asking for it. One even laid a towel on my lounge chair before I sat on it!

I didn't like that we only stayed there 4 nights instead of staying there for a month! I truly loved everything there.

Overall a great place to stay, we enjoyed everything especially spacious pool penthouse apartment, the shared pool, gym, tennis and spa. Liked that it is newer and kept in a modern style, well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Great for families and couples. Food is also good and has variation if you chose to dine at the hotel. Beach is nearby and works well with the shuttle if you dont want to walk. The Beach part could be updated though, the sun beds, umbrellas and towels were a bit tired however did not stand out comp to other sunbeds/Umbrellas on the Beach. The service was good though. Apart from that a wonderful place I can highly recommend!
