Beautiful property and beautiful big rooms. Just far enough away from the noise but close enough to be in the centre of things in five minutes. Be aware that it is close to the Muslim quarter. Beds are rock hard but that is common in Thailand. Only real problem was the water temp and pressure. Very Low water pressure and the temperature is either stone cold or boiling hot water.

The television could be more advanced such as smart tv.

Friendly and perceptive staff. Wide breakfast variety. Great swimming pool. Quiet room with every need accommodated. The aircon was a lifesaver!

The beds are really hard and the shower in our room did not drain well, since the trap was not on the lowest part of the floor......

Room is very big all facilities are available the crowd are mainly from middle East countries pool was nice.

Checking time is long. There is very less options for vegetarian food. It's far from beach and walking street almost 1km.there is no iron in the room you have to go to reception for iron.

This was a nice place for the family. Food was good. Enjoyed the pool and bar.

No bacon at buffet breakfast. Was great value though

The rooms are huge with plenty of space, the pool area is awesome, staff are friendly and helpful and the walking distance to the beach is minimal and not very far from Bangla road either

The bed and pillows are very hard, I ended up buying a pillow from the Big C which helped but the bed hurt my back a lot

How it took so long to receive toilet paper when asked for 40min wait on one occasion. Toilet was blocked and over flow into room as it was leaking called for maintenance twice to come fix took them 70min to come to the room and when they finally did they brought no tools or plunger with them after I told them what the issue was both times when I called up. So they left again for another 10min to go get a plunger 🪠 🤔 🙄 Breakfast was not good it was all mainly either Indian and Arabic food no western food at all.

The breakfast was good although it was a bit hit and miss a couple of times with replenishing empty or low, food items. If you are expecting bacon - of any kind - forget it, there isn't any. You certainly won't starve though. The staff were all amazing and so friendly and welcoming. The pool is pretty great, with individual spots where you can get the spa jets cranking. And the pool bar staff, Tee and his offsiders, were very easy going and genuinely friendly. The pool bar is let down though by the very limited amount of drinks available. They have the basics, but if you want a cocktail that isn't on their list, then you're going to have to go without. Regardless of the many requests from guests to upgrade the cocktail list, it just ain't gonna happen any time soon.

There were a few issues that I found concerning re public safety and we did discuss this with managment, pointing out the things we found concerning. Management listened attentively, and I believe they were genuinley listening. However all things must go to a higher power than the hotel manager. We found the beds to comfortable, but quite hard. There was a few other little things with housekeeping, but none of the above issues, are going to ruin your holiday.

Everything was perfect nothing to complain about, if you want to relax and have a great stay no doubt you have to go to this hotel, location near the beash about 10 minutes walking, about the food u would get a tasty meals with a reasonable prices and they would hook you up with plate presentation so you can take great photos 😉,, thanks to the amazing and friendly staff… Friday and Nadia you were a family to us And for the cleanliness trust me it is very clean from towels to bedsheets/pillows to floors everything was perfect

Hotel staff is really nice and friendly, upon our arrival suitcases were taken up to the lobby by the staff and at the reception we got a nice cold drink and a cold towel. Check in was at 3pm but we were way earlier so we were allowed to use the facilities. Is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach so that's an extra point. Restaurant needs a lot of improvement, we had dinner 1 night there and everything was messy and disorganized, really hope they will improve this. Rooms are really nice and clean and quite big too, definitely gonna come back!

From the room you can hear everyone and everything that's going on on the halls, we had to call reception a few times as past 10 11pm people were running, shouting, laughing etc really loud while we were trying to get some sleep but for the rest all good. Lights in the room were quite bad, there is not 1 big light but various smalls ones and it's just not enough in my opinion
