Friendliness of the Owner and the staff.The hotel's beautifully landscaped garden provided a serene environment. The strategic location struck a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. Nice swimming pool.

The beds were not very comfortable. The bedding in the room seemed to be quite old and worn. Breakfast was very limited. One notable frustration I encountered was related to my booking through Booking.com. I had reserved 3 rooms for my family, and Booking.com indicated that each room could accommodate three people. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find that I needed to pay for an extra bed in two of the rooms. This unexpected additional cost exceeded the daily rate of a room and left me feeling misled. Unfortunately, my interaction with Booking.com's customer service was not as helpful as I had hoped, leaving me unsatisfied with their response.

Love the swimming pool! it was huge! Walking distance to Muslim Friendly neighborhood, easy to get Halal food there.

During our stay, among 4 units we booked, 1 unit room AC was not properly functioned, but the hotel straight away arranged with new room. Good response!

We loved our stay at Patong Palace Hotel. Firstly, it's a miracle how peaceful this place is when it's a stone's throw from a busy, touristic street. The room was huge. We enjoyed the large balcony for fresh air and morning exercise. The bed was comfy. And the shower is the best we've had in Thailand so far. The pool is large and kept perfectly clean. And the location is ideal - only a 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Bangla Rd with many restaurants, bars, 7-11 etc nearby. The hotel's a bit dated, but well maintained and excellent value for money.

The only issue we had is the wi-fi isn't great. The staff say they're making changes to improve it. Outside the room, the speed is great, but I think the large concrete walls disrupt the signal in the rooms. Despite this, we managed to work and stream Netflix etc from inside the room.

We enjoyed our stay in a first floor very comfortable clean room with a balcony. The air con was good, and the bathroom was well-appointed with a bath. Nice clean pool to enjoy a relaxing time. Breakfast was very enjoyable as a buffet style, hot food being ordered from an efficient kitchen. The hotel was on a busy road, however we did not experience any road noise. We will stay again next time in Patong.

We had a squeaky door into the bathroom. This was attended to with no problems. Parking is limited, however this did not cause any problems

They gave us a better room and even included breakfast as the room we had reserved was not available. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with many kinds of fruit. The pool was clean and a good size and depth. It had everything we needed, like a drying rack, swimming pool towels, and a sofa on the balcony. The room and balcony were spacious. The beach was within walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, so we never had a problem finding food. We were especially impressed with the staffs who were very friendly and accommodating. It was the best value for money hotel in Phuket.

In my opinion this is a very good hotel with a lot of greenery in a not so green area. Its close to the main road and the beach but the rooms are far enough so no noise bothers you. Also the quality of the restaurant food is very good. The AC and internet both work well. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Although there are not many bugs or mosquitos (I guess they are spraying good there), my room did not have a mosquito net on the sliding door. I would recommend the hotel invests in a good mosquito net.

Everything was perfect at the moment of check in they received us with fresh juice and bananas from their trees, is a very green place with a lot of plants and flowers, the pool with water guns was a plus of fun, the attention is the best, the receptionists, the owner everyone were so kind and helpful, the room is big and super clean with nice view, the bathroom with jacuzzi. My boyfriend got sea urchin spines on his foot and the staff helped us to removed them. The location is great with around of a lot of restaurants, stores, massage places. Please don’t think it twice, this is your best option in Patong and very close to the beach.

my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. it had excellent air con, daily cleaning, two bottles of water a day, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. I loved the balcony overlooking the beautiful lush garden. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Pool relaxing and clean. The food in the restaurant on site is excellent. Location, perfect for exploring Patong, short walk to the beach and far away from busy areas. As a solo traveller I felt very safe.

The air con unit on the roof of a neighbouring hotel is very loud, such a shame as it's constant and really intrudes on the peace of the beautiful pool area. However, Patong is not a quiet place so not so bad in the grand scheme of things as you can hear the road too. This noise can't be heard in the room with balcony doors closed.

Nice room, quiet location, great warm clean pool, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Beautiful Tropical garden setting, very well maintained. Good hot water and air conditioning. Short walk through the garden to pool.

Shower water not held in properly by shower curtain making the tiles in the bathroom very slippery and dangerous. Heavy occupants sounded like elephants in the room above making it difficult to sleep.

Suppose you want to have a Thai experience, which is not in the minimalistic hotels, where the walls and furniture are plain old Janes. This hotel has character. It has a history, it is almost 35 years old!! The place is peaceful and quiet, but right beside the craziness that Phuket is famous for (almost 15 minutes walk from Bangla Street and 8 minutes from the beach) We loved the place and the pool. Very clean and welcoming. The hosts are great people and very helpful! The furniture is very Thai, the building is very old school great for people who want to live right in the culture.

No breakfast buffet. Food is A La Carte and only Thai.
