Location & overall is good

Good spacious room and great location. Yummy breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Beach towels available in the pool area. We were able to check out and leave our bags with them for our two day trip to phi phi islands. Everyone very kind!

The place looked much bigger than in real life, the pool didn't have any space. We were denied breakfast before 8am even though our vouchers said 7.30am. The pillows were too big and hard and there were no alternatives. They charge 30% extra for paying by card even though that was not disclosed before arrival. Some communication problems with the staff as some were not very good with english.

Great location. Very close to the entertainment center but none of the related noise. Very helpful staff. Very good wifi. Very friendly owner.

I had the unfortunate coincidence that they were doing some remodelling during may stay. They did their uttermost to accommodate me and help reduce the burden. The breakfast is not for the people that party late and sleep accordingly.

The location is great, very close to Bangla Road. The street is closed to cars, and vehicles can enter with permission.

When we got to the accommodation, we were directed to the room, but the room was not ready, so we had to wait while they prepared it. The bathroom is old, and the floor level of the shower cabin is the same as the floor level of the whole bathroom, so when you shower, you flood the whole bathroom. The sink is very very small. Since we are smokers and we did not get a room with a balcony, we had to go down to the hotel lobby or outside to smoke.

We rent stayed at BH Baan Paradise Hotel and it was an outstanding experience. The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring all our needs were met with genuine warmth. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the Patong incredibly convenient, while still providing a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Would happily stay again

What a wonderful stay. I was there for 9 days and the staff are absolutely the stars of the place. ❤️ As a solo traveler Gun and the team made me feel safe and were able to advice on any activities I needed to do🎉. Great restaurants and markets around the location. The location is far enough to enjoy a bit of quiet and close enough to visit the famous Bangla Road. I took a walk there every night and it was safe and close ... I loved it. ☀️🔥

I was on the 4th floor and the lift was not working. I didn't mind it was a good work out. I have no complaints on the place It was good value for money. There were stains on the walls but I could live with it.

This property has really good location close to main walking street and beach. Yet it is in quite street where you are not disturbed by any noise. Hotel has comfy and stylish lobby area (restaurant at the same time). Very helpful and kind staff. Included breakfast had great variaty of hot a la carte dishes.

Would be great if there will be small option of breakfast buffet (cold items).

For value of the money, it was really great hotel! Clean, nice, big rooms. Offered excursions, laundry services etc. Has small pool inside. Really big plus is a location, was close to everything. Also nice staff!

We stayed here 9 nights and every night were asking for glass of white wine or sparkling wine which was in menu, but every day they said it is not available. That seemed strange. If there is no things for so long time, take it off the menu.
