The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The facilities were excellent. However if you were in a top bunk it is quite hard to get ready. The only thing I would say is to maybe have chairs in the dorms.

Excellent location, right next to old town and the indy market outside (wed-Fri) is a real bonus. It has an industrial and spacious building design so its quite unusual and can be 'echoey' in the hall way but it is no more noisy than any other hotel - the other guests were actually quiet and considerate (more than any fancy hotels). Staff went out of their way to help if needed - our shower head was leaking and someone came to fix it in less than 5 mins - and advice on the airport bus stop was invaluable (there isnt an actual stop sign). Pool was great for cooling down after days exploring etc. Free reall coffee and snack also nice touch. Highly recommended place to stay in Phuket town.

The bed on a mezzanine level was fine but feel should point out the steps were pretty steep to go up and down. This was ok for us but might be problematic for others with any mobility issues. We like the different room design and it shouldn't put people off unless its going to be an issue physically.

Clean and quiet place and everything around this place is amazing, old town, cafes and resto bars all in walkable distance. So many instagramable places around this place.

The dormitory room was extremely comfortable. High ceilings for the lower bunk bed and a clothes hook and locker. A key is provided and a towel is provided without any charge. Staff are extremely accomodating to my needs and were superb overall. They gave me plasters from the first aid box when I wore a brand new pair of sandals that resulted in blisters on my feet. I've stayed here before and the service standards certainly did not disappoint- it is the only place I would stay in Phuket old town. So many food options around the corner and there is a night market Wednesday to Friday outside incase you are tired and lazy to venture. Nice affordable bakery and a convenience store that is fairly huge which is open 24 hours.Smoking area is massive and has a good view of the pool. The airport bus stop when arriving is only a short 7 minute walk. Filtered water is available in the kitchen and breakfast is provided- fruit and coffee and tea.

The dustbin in my dormitory toilet smelled slightly. Some guests were rude and talking loudly on the phone in the room. Not the fault of the staff.

The hotel staff were so so kind, the hotel is modern and clean and the lobby smells amazing! there is free fruit ( mangos, passion fruits, oranges and bananas) with coffee every day from 7-3:30. The pool is more of a “cooling down” space, you can’t swim but it’s great to take a break from tanning on the multiple sunloungers. The room was really cool, the upstairs bedroom area was good and there were so many plug sockets. Staff clean the room and make the beds up every day. Supermarket and shopping centre right outisde as well as the Indie food market with live music from wednesdays - sundays . 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants in the old town.

Everything was 10/10 apart from the bed, it was no different from sleeping on the floor, the mattress was rock solid, however, this is usual in Asia and there were 2 very soft pillows for each person to make up for it. the walls were paper thin, we heard someone being sick all night, and you can hear people talking but it usually goes quiet after 12am.

1.Room was clean and comfy. 2. There is a shower room and toilet inside which make it very convenient for me 😁. ( I booked bunk bed and most of the hostel I've been there is no toilet in the room) even share toilet was clean. 3. Free fresh coffee, seasonal fruit and some cookies. 4. House keeping will touch up your bed everyday with new towel+ small bottle of water. 5.Very close by to Phuket old town just by walk around 4-7 mins. 6. Limelight shopping mall is just 1 mins walk and you can enjoy local food and buy some groceries. 7. Price was good if compared with what you've got.

I ask for additional pillow there is extra charge 50 THB per night but was fine i pay for it.

An affordable hostel for short stay at Singapore given the high cost of accommodation there. It was a walking distance to the metro, from where you can access any other facility. There are plenty of restaurants and fruit markets nearby They provided a good breakfast, which was so good of them The capsules are well built for privacy

The hostel looks a bit old, and the shared bathrooms are a bit busy.. Not a social hostel and with a diverse clientelle, some including very old men who seem to be there for a long stay. Also, while it could happen in any shared hostel, the person sleeping below me was snoring like a tractor the whole night, and I barely slept 😴

This place is one of the best hostel I have seen in recent times. The cleanliness, Location, Reception team welcome, Facilities, and Helping approach made me so happy to select this property. They are so flexible in handling the customers. The very big lobby space, working station, separate space for working people, friendly environment and a swimming pool is a very big plus to this place. Located very near the happening place Sunday Night Market. Can see many food joints, bars, 7/11, etc. nearby. Without any second thought, you can book this property either for short-term or long-term stays. Rooms, Toilets, Beds, and Towels are super clean. They maintain Hot water kettles, Coffee and tea sachets, and glasses expertly. Highly recommend this place.

Great hostel in Phuket's old town, and the location is a walking distance from the Sengho bookstore (one of the bus stops for the airport bus route). There is a 24-hour shop, 7-Eleven, and night market right outside the hostel. The staffs are friendly, informative and helpful, also, we managed to get a lot of travel information from the receptionist, They prepare clean towels and water bottles every day. We also can get boiled water from the kitchen, very convenient, thank you very much,

water pressure is quite low, there is no hairdryer in the private bathroom and we need to go down to the female shared bathroom to use the hairdryer. The wall-mounted shower gel bottle holder was broken and hope can be checked and fixed.
