Staff were very friendly. Rooms were lovely, some nice touches. Breakfast was really yummy. Particularly enjoyed the sticky rice in pandan leaves. Yum! Location is perfect, right in the centre, but not noisy at all as it's off a slightly quieter street and rooms are at the back. Beautiful old building!

Bit strange to have towels for sheets

Really big room, clean, firm beds but comfy, clean shower with VERY good water pressure. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good, toast and toppings and sausages for western options. There was also gelatinous rice local treats in banana leaf both mornings we stayed, first morning with fish and coconut and the second a sweeter banana. Both delicious.

Beds a little hard but still comfy. Aircon was a little weak, had to have it on max airspeed and coldest setting for a while to cool down. Usually a room would be freezing with this setting but in this case it was still only coolish the next morning. Was still comfy temperature but coming from colder climates might be a little warm.

The hotel was relatively clean, and quiet at night. There is a water machine which is great. And it’s right in the heart of old town. Staff were great in helping us book our boat to Phi Phi so I would recommend booking with them.

Mixed reviews about this place, definitely fine for a night or 2, but price wise we’ve had better for cheaper. The bed is extremely hard, I know this is a thing in Thailand but this more so than other places, I woke up with a sore back. Also the duvet is a towel, actually 2 towels, one each for the double bed. I think a bed sheet would be better than a towel. Despite the room being overall clean, there was someone’s hairs all over the floor.

Very clean, I mean extremely well kept! The staff is really hard working and it shows. Location is great this was my second time in Phuket and I loved this hotel’s proximity to all the places I wanted to go. Close to the Sunday night market as well! Breakfast had boiled eggs, bananas, toast and banana cakes which was sufficient for me.

There were many mosquitoes in and outside the room. The drainage in the sink had some issue and it was not auto-draining. Please note that for both these issues we did not let the staff know as it was late at night. Had we told them I am sure they would make proper arrangements.

We booked 2 separate beds because in the website there were no king beds available and they accommodated us in one upon arrival. The room was very clean. The location perfect if you want to stay in old town and close to the Rassada Pier. The hospitality of the staff was incredible since they offered breakfast not only the night we were staying but also the previous morning when we arrived. The price-quality is very worth it.

What I found strange is that you don’t have bed sheets just super big towels to cover.

Very nice place for not a big price. Very pleasant owner. I appreciate her help and advice. I saw a lot of consumers asked questions and she was glad to answer. Very kind person, who really likes her work. This is a nice place for those who would like to study what is old city, how old historical buildings in Phuket were built, and how local people support their culture. This is a very peaceful and colorful place with interesting furniture and decorations. Nice breakfast. The main streets are not far from this building.

I didn't expect that in such a building the windows have so specific constructions. When you open the window - you will see the wall of the other room. There is a small hall between rooms, and your window will be on the next wall. Just that small hall between rooms has a window to open air. But this is the construction of such buildings. It was an interesting discovery for me. That's why it is even more interesting to see and fill this unusual condition. Also, each room has a nice air conditioner which is very helpful.

The location, it’s just right at the Old Town street. Though they have the same food for breakfast every day but it was still good. The staff gave us some fruits too that were not served on the table and we really appreciated that. They cleaned our rooms as well so every time we came back from our excursions, we had newly changed bed covers.

The bed, it was a little hard and during our last day, there was a power interruption and no running water as well.

AMAZING location right in Old Town Phuket, very close to a major tourist destination for shopping, restaurants, and photo shoots. Breakfast was fine. Lots of selection. The staff was very friendly and not too challenging for communication in English.

Our room had a very smoky odor, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were only there for one night so we didn't bother changing to a new room, however if we had been there for multiple nights, we would have needed to get a new room as opening the windows to air it out didn't even make a dent in the smell.

Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is so central to everything in Old Phuket Town. We walked up to Khao Rang lookout from the hotel and the Sunday market held on the same street. Rassada Pier only 15 min taxi ride away and breakfast was a mixture of Thai treats , eggs ,toast,tea and coffee and reasonably priced.

We would have liked a fridge in the room.

Excellent excellent location! Located on a very quaint street and within walking distance from practically everything in Old Town. The staff were superb and they let us keep our bags after checkout till we had to leave the city. The room and bathroom are clean. The morning breakfast was a nice addition.

The window in our room did not really open because of air-conditioning. So there was no natural light in the room.
