We booked 2 connected room. We had elder and kids in our family. The property seems old but the rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant staff were very good, “Tejas” calls for a special shout out. If you are happened to be in the is hotel, you must try his Indian masala tea!! Totally worth it.

Well apart from all good I spoke about, I must say the management should put more stuff on night duty. I was amazed to find there was only one gentleman on front desk for the entire huge property. Finger crossed if any emergency happens he won’t be able to assist you!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and amazing staff. Situated between two stunning beaches—Kata Beach and Karon Beach, both just a 10-minute walk away—you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Plus, shops, restaurants, and bars are all around. The pool, while it might have seen better days, was still a relaxing spot to unwind. Our room was spacious, offered a beautiful view, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. A special shoutout to Fat, one of the receptionists, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and had such a cool vibe. Thanks, Fat, for making our experience even better!

Great location despite the steep hill! A lovely sanctuary of beautiful gardens away from noisy traffic. The Mango Tree Restaurant is quite well priced and the quality of the food is very good ( apart from iced coffees which were terrible ) Fabulous walk in shower and bath tub. Glimpses of the Andaman sea from the balcony. Tiled floors.

The staff were ordinary apart from Wawa in the Mango Tree Restaurant and the drivers. The cleaning staff were mostly good except they took my breakfast cereal and sometimes forgot to top things up. The offered transport up the hill is very hit and miss. A map offered to tourists that shows all of the grounds and pathways would be very helpful. The phone didn't ring but only flashed for wake up calls.

Location excellent between the 2 beaches of Karon and Kata. Our villa with private pool was spacious and clean. Particularly loved our pool.

The hill climb but hey, I got fitter and they did offer transport. Villa a little run down (still pleasant though)

Staff was super friendly, very welcoming🙏🏼 they let us leave our baggage for a night when we were moving to another place! the location was comfortable too, close to all the little stores like 7/11, restaurants and bars. there is shuttle that takes you from the hotel to down the street so you don’t have to walk cuz the road to a hotel is kinda steep

Nice breakfast options, room was big and loved the bathroom/shower, nice for bed to be made daily, appreciated the hanging racks on the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff! Great location to the night markets and food!!

Had asked to schedule a shuttle/taxi to the airport the next day but was told we had to go to Kata beach to schedule. We ended up going back to front desk at a later time and Joseph was able to schedule taxi/shuttle for us. Thank you Joseph!! Did not like the steep hill to get up/to the hotel! Golf cart should be available at all times, even upon request on short notice.

-Location near some shops and walkable distance to beach -Villa elegant design but TV need to be in living area not bedroom -nice welcoming staff and they provide welcoming drinks and fruits shortly after arrival -Shuttles available to go up and down the hotel

-From the villa to the main lobby you need to go uphill ( no shuttle can enter), and even for luggage it would be difficult..advise to take one of near villa if you can’t do that -extremely poor breakfast, no options, even there is no cheese section!! And the staff especially the young ladies in egg section are not friendly and not helpful -lizard seen inside but i think this is not unusual for resorts

the hotel is placed in very nice part of Karon short walk to Karon beach and shopping area, next door to many restaurants and shop everything is kind of next door, the hotel is very nice and clean and the staff are lovely and happy to help you with anything,also not far from Patong just 15min on tuktuk cost 400 Bat and Kata beach is 10 min walk the breakfast is very nice and many options, defiantly will stay there again as it is the best part of Phuket specially if you visiting with a family or partner, thank you guys at peach Blossom and hope to see you again soon !

The location of the resort was perfect - nestled in between Kata and Karon. Basically had to roll down the hill and everything was within 50m. Breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff kindly upgraded us - we had booked a single room, however they kindly gave us a second connecting room, which we were so grateful for, as it more comfortably accommodated the family. This made it easy for us to overlook a small plumbing issue in one of the rooms. Housekeeping was attentive and did a great job. Wish we stayed for longer - there is just so much to do in this area that we didn't even get to enjoy the lovely resort facilities (eg pools).

Small plumbing issue which the staff promptly tried to fix a few times, but kept returning. But it wasn't a big deal because they kindly upgraded us to have a second connecting room, so we had two bathrooms to use!

Good pool and breakfast was brilliant. Hotel is lovely Good location to the beach and town, staff are really helpful

Steep hill getting up to the hotel from main road, but if you're in decent shape it's not that bad. They do offer a shuttle up and down if you can't walk. I go to the gym once a year and could easily manage it. Beds were two singles pushed together, not ideal for couple. Could be cleaner in the bathroom
