Everything was spotlessly clean and the owner Fon was extremely pleasant and helpful from her initial warm welcome and throughout our 14 night stay.The bar area is indeed very cozy and comfortable with lots of board games to play,Several TV'S with good international sports coverage.The bar having an open frontage to the vibrant walking street so a great atmosphere.

There was nothing disliked.I read all the reviews prior to booking and overall it actually exceeded our expectations.

Location is very convenient in the middle of a huge market on a side street. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. She let us leave our bags in the sports bar space on the first floor before checkin and after checkout. She also gave us tips for where to buy water for the lowest price. The night market surrounding this area had live music and lots of vendors.

This area of Phuket is very crowded with tourists. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach. It was a little bit difficult for taxis and tour vans to find the location because it’s on a small side street within the market, but it was an easy location for walking around.

Cosy, laid back little hotel located on the small roadway behind the night market right in the heart of Kata Beach. We had a great stay here, the staff were friendly, room was very clean and we had a great time people watching from our balcony above the night market. Tem minutes walk to Kata Beach and lots of food options available at the night market.

It was in a great location, but not too noisy once the music nearby finished at night. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, bars and right next to the walking night market. The owner was very pleasant and willing to help with recommendations etc. Room and balcony were nice.

The bed was very hard (although learning that’s normal in Thailand…)

Very nice stay at guesthouse. The owner is very helpful and there for anything you need . The room was very big and clean with fresh towels and bottles of water in fridge . The Guesthouse had a nice sport bar with lots of fun games and big choice of cocktails . The Guesthouse was in the perfect location of kata walking street market , so many food vendors to choose from and short walk to bars , beach & 7-11.

Sue is an amazing host and she is very kind and helpful. Every night during our stay we would have a chat with her. She also has a bar downstairs with some really nice (and affordable) cocktails! The room is spacious, clean and provided with anything you will need. The location is amazing, located right in the middle of a street market and close to several shops such as 7-eleven. I would definitely stay here again, 100% recommend!

Lovely little hotel in the heart of kata . The owner & staff were very nice & helpful. Large clean quiet rooms . Chilled bar with sport cocktails & full English breakfast. Outside the hotel is kata walking street food market lots of restaurants and a short walk to the beach . Definitely would stay again

I book this guest house for my son when me and my wife were over a few months ago he was heading out a month after we got back , it was perfect for him clean & tidy spotless and we got talking with Sue who owns the place and she was really nice , it’s perfect for the beach and in door market and street food on your doorstep I would highly recommend this guest house 5star

Very nice Guesthouse with big clean rooms . Lovely sports bar downstairs with 3 TVs beers and cocktails. Sayfon made a great full English breakfast . Outside was the kata street food market so many restaurants bars and 7-11 near by . Would definitely stay again .

Amazing stay , large very clean rooms with big balconies and private bathroom that were clean and good strong shower with fresh towels . Downstairs you can get the best cheap cocktails and ice cold beers , they have a large tv in a relaxing bar with all the sport games you want . The host is so nice and helpful. Outside the guesthouse is the night street food market with so many different Thai foods , shakes and ice cream to choose from and very cheap . Kata beach is just a short 5 minute walk and many shops, 7-11 & restaurants near by. Will stay again soon .
