We liked every thing ..so Quit place and so privacy and clean ..they have app u can download and make any request from the reception..you don't have to get out or u don't have to be there ..its really nice and new experience for us ..lovely and nice staff 👍 whenever I am going to Phukit for sure I will come to the bell pool villa ..

One thing that u should take care ofit that there is no mart or 7/11 or any small mart or restaurant near you ..so make sure u buy everything u need before u come back to ur place ...

The whole villa was exceptional! Extremely clean and tidy! The private pool is the best .. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite especially Melodi!

Location was a bit further out but if you rent a scooter you should be fine .

Everything was great and excellent.

The food and drink menu should contain more varieties and dishes.

Tha garden is amazing with the private poll. The decoration of the bedroom is one of a kind

I loved the privacy of the Villa with the private pool. The location although a bit far from FantaSea and fruit market but ot is perfect. The staff were really friendly and very hospitable and tend to your every need. Hotel shuttle is available on an hourly basis but doesn't go further than Kamala District where the hotel resides. You cannorder a taxi or uber. It is very quiet, calm and peaceful at the hotel. The breakfast menu is really good (pre selection no buffet) but for Muslims you need to ask for Halal food as some food contain ham, pork or bacon. You can also order from outside if you want to have other types of food from Grab application. This was really a great experience for me and my family and I highly recommend people to choose this hotel. It is great for couples too. Really exceeded my expectations. the kitchen was quite old, a bit dirty and run down. AC is very loud at night

The Staff was exceptional. They have an App through which you communicate with the Support Team and can order any food, drink, massage, transportation etc. You name it and it can be done by chatting on the App !! So if you are looking for privacy, less human interaction and time with your family or your gang and yet expect a 100 percent efficiency, Bell Pool Villa is the place 👍🏻

I don't know where to start with this stay. We LOVED everything about The Bell. We stayed two nights at the villa on the last leg of our tour through Thailand, and we wanted to just relax. And relax we did! -The staff is incredibly helpful. They allowed us an early check in (since they were able to have the villa free by then) -The villa is spacious and we loved how modern yet functional everything is. A place for everything and everything in it's place. -Toiletries in all bathrooms including ear plugs, comb, toothbrush and paste etc. -They have an in house app that you download upon reaching your villa, this makes it easy to request for services and chat with the hotel staff in case you need anything. You can order breakfast/lunch or dinner, spa services in the room or rent a bike through the App. -They had Netflix =D -They had a fridge, stove, pots and pans/plates and glasses and cups/ a microwave, toaster and coffee machine! We wanted to make our own breakfast so this was absolutely perfect. -The highlight of our stay was the BEAUTIFUL private pool. No words will be enough to explain how much we enjoyed it! There's just something about swimming in your own private pool! My partner and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we happened to mention it to the Team, we didn't expect anything out of it but they went out of their way to decorate the room and wished us too upon check in! That felt incredibly personal, and we were touched by this. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience, we were sad to leave!

I liked the property design also liked how they are prepared the property from A to Z they even had a netflix and different board games for us. their idea of using a special app for all services.

The doors of the villa aren’t really that secure but their is a another door for the bedroom that you can close.

These villas are incredible. We booked this as we wanted somewhere decent to stay and weren’t sure at the time of booking if we would have to isolate or not due to covid, luckily we didn’t have to but would’ve been more than happy to spend a week there and not leave. The villa itself has the wow factor, the pictures do not do it justice! The pool is the highlight big enough for large groups, me and my partner had it all to ourselves! They also have an amazing app to download onto your phone-where they have information, can book excursions, order food and chat to one of the team if required (all of whom were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile), they were very quick to respond and also messaged to ask when a convenient time to clean the room would be. The rooms are huge, good air conditioning, clean and have everything you could need! We also asked if we check out at a later time and they accommodated this at no further expense. We have been to Thailand/Phuket many times and stayed in similar resorts and this is by far the best and exceeded every expectation. The location is within walking distance from shops, restaurants and Kamala beach and a short drive to Patong. I can’t praise this place enough, we will certainly be booking again and will be our base in Phuket for the future.
