We booked this hotel as it was reasonable priced and located on the north of Phuket (and our permanent accommodation was located in the very south) and we wanted to watch sunrise on Samet Nangshe Viewpoint. The place is quite nice, easily accessible on car, the staff was also very welcome to see us even though we checked in quite late, after 10PM. Pretty much hotel consists of small houses with small pools, each house consists of two rooms with separate entrances. We asked for a room with two separate beds, but were given a Double, but that's a minor inconvenience. Overall, the stay was nice. We checked out at 5AM, no problems with the staff.

1. Mattress in our room was really hard, it was fine for one night, but for the longer stay it will be uncomfortable. 2. Air con was really loud even on min settings and switching it off wasn't an option: it was quite hot to sleep without it.

Pool to ourselves as our neighbour was not there which was excellent. Lovely sized room which was clean. Staff were excellent.

Had to hire a rental bike as we felt scared to walk down the road at night with dogs barking frequently. Call to prayer is common in this area so bring earplugs.

Good property as a short term stay. Nice pool and comfortable beds

The bathroom was a little tired and the shower had low water pressure but it was fine for one night.

Spacious, clean. Two rooms sharing one pool. The place very close to the airport and still very quiet.

The reception is closed in the evening, so no one speaks English and have problem solving skills is there

It wasn’t very clear just how close you are to your neighbour. 2 rooms share a pool and the walls are very thin. Unfortunately, our neighbours were arguing very loudly, and although this is not at all the hotel’s fault, we didn’t feel very supported when we reported it out of concern for their safety and ours. There is no direct phone line to reception and through Google Translate we were told to report it to the authorities if it got worse. It seemed like the hotel catered mostly for coach trips rather than individual stays.
