The location is good. Not far from the beach and all the beach road has to offer. Shops, restaurants, bath buses etc. Close to second road with all the shopping, markets, Junceylon etc. Quiet enough though that you can relax and sleep without all of the noise. Rooftop Pool adequate with plenty of Sun loungers. Beach view from the rooftop. Close to a 7-11 for refreshments etc. Fridge works well in room. Hairdryer. Plenty of towels. Lift to the 6 floors.

Room was clean and comfortable, lovely views from rooftop. Comfortable bed and good shower. Laundry service was fast and convenient and well priced. Reception staff friendly : special mention to Pui who always had a smile for us, and helped us organise a day trip and our travel to Koh Phi Phi, she’s a gem! Ideally located with 15mins walk to town centre (bangla rd) and 5 mins to the beach! Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

Location was amazing situated right in the heart of Patong Beach - nightlife and beach in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and convenience stores near by. Room was spacious with tea, coffee, jug, fridge, lockbox, beach and shower towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. Roof top pool with lovely views, friendly staff and daily house keeping. Bed was comfortable.

Room was a little dated and worn - shower shelf was broken (room upkeep could be better) A lot of outside noise due to being close to the main road.

Pui is great! She helped with recommending places to eat. We lost power twice due to a transformer blowing up, so everyone lost power. But she was there to help and answer my questions every day.

No real complaints. Just the mattress had a spring starting to pop through. The bed is located in a corner with a small wall on the opposite side. Feel a little boxed in.

Great value for money hotel. The hotel is close to the beach, Bangla road and the OTOP area. Bangla road is easy walking distance but far away from any noise, OTOP if not as it used to be all the bars have gone :-( The beach is beautiful and walkable. The room is a good size - we only stayed for two nights - and the balcony will only fit one person. There is an empty plot next to the hotel which our balcony over looked; I assume it will be a building site soon. [Sept 2023] The whole area is getting/ has received a make over. The pool on the roof is spot on. Staff were very friendly would definietly stay here again.

I was really hesitant to give this place such high ratings as I’d like to keep it my little secret. However the staff are some of the most accommodating in all of Patong, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, lovely little rooftop pool, within walking distance of most anywhere…all that and it’s incredibly affordable. So don’t stay here, I want it all to myself!!!! Seriously though you’d be hard pressed to find a better budget hotel anywhere in Phuket…the best hands down!

Elevator is a bit small and slow

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is fantastic with nice sun loungers. Our bed was very comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Toiletries and water were provided daily. Towels changed daily and pool towels provided. We booked our private taxi with the hotel and received a good price and great friendly service. The location is perfect. Nice resturaunts close by and easy walk to Bangla road area, whilst still remaining quiet at night in the room. We would 100% return.

Location is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We liked the Roof top pool area. Pool was clean and well kept, the views of the mountains is beautiful. Hotel and room was very clean. Overall we had a good experience. WiFi was excellent.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We were very comfortable.

The hotel has a great pool on the roof and is close to the beach. Very clean rooms and lobby.

There is no option for breakfast at the hotel so you have to leave to eat.

The hotel is in the edge of Patong area, quiet enough for a good sleep but still in the walking distance of Bangla road. 2 mins walk to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, they answer every questions from you with a smile. Even the cleaners are nice, too. Room is large and clean, but the bed and pillow are not very good. There are two restaurants close to the hotel, next to 7-Eleven, the Siam Thai restaurant is good but we had bad experience with the Shahi Kitchen restaurant, we had to pay higher price at Shahi Kitchen than in menu they gave and we were not happy about it.

A king bed is just two single beds putting together, making a gap in the middle of the bed. There is no point of this kind of 'king'. The balcony is very small. A fee will be charged if you pay by credit cards.
