1.) Excellent and efficient buggy services which responded to my requests by simply just using the apps. 2.) Superb room service as we were almost freaked out on the lizard in our room, and the staff literally just took 2 secs to take it down. 3.) Pretty cute way to indicate for room status by just placing different turtles on the gate.

1.) Too many little cockroaches in the room (photos attached). 2.) Slightly over-friendly staff (Hakemi if I'm spelling his name correctly), which is not really suitable for an introvert person like me. 3.) The location is slightly far away from the attractions and town areas which usually took us more than 30mins drive per travel. 4.) Too limited choices and varieties for breakfast. 5.) Beach are dirty and full of trashes & garbages (or probably they were being pushed up onto the shore due to the raining season during my stay). But still, the unpleasant smells were stopping me from enjoying the beach.

The room is spacious and comfy. The cleanliness. The pool view.

It is difficult to walk around. There was a little baby lizzard type "gekko" sharing the room with us from time to time. Although it is seems protected bt the environment laws but me and him are not friends.

The room and the view were amazing.

The roads to the hotel were flooded and we couldn’t get out for a whole day! We checked out a day early and still didn’t receive the refund for that one night until today.

We always stay at this particular property due to the intensive staff. Warm and welcoming. Norah the assistant front desk manager was the go to man. Always there to help including the morning breakfast servers buggy drivers. I’m always so happy with 10star service here.

The rooms are getting old needs updates. Needs a refresh from hardwood floors to dirty worn out shredded ends discolored towels that they use to make pretty elephants on the bed. First thing I see for a 5 star pool villa, I do not appreciate seeing. The pool could be way cleaner from Outside to inside. Rusted broken when looking over the side of pool. They have way older Villa and some are newer. Never know what you’re going to get. Rooms need more updating. For the price we deserve better quality for five star pool villa.

Romantic resort on a hillside with a beautiful beach. The villas are amazingly well designed. The breakfast is amazing! Must try the honey that drips from the honeycomb! The staff is very accommodating and well trained. I had a minor accident--broke a few toes climbing on rocks in sandals (not smart on my part). The hostess at the front desk pulled out a first aid kit and proceeded to clean and bandage my wound. I couldn't have done it better myself and I'm a doctor!

Being the faithful Instagram husband, I was disappointed when we learned that they took down the swing. My wife was really looking forward to taking pictures in a long, flowing dress. Apparently, someone got drunk, fell off the swing, and broke his arm so the resort took the swing down. As that was the worst part of our experience you can tell the trip was absolutely amazing!

When Russians hogged bathing huts early morn for themselves n anyone who spoke Russian. Smoking in communal area pool n breakfast Breakfast could have been warmer eggs n veges cold but got used to it and staff very attentive

Staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms and facilities were 1st class. Access to the beach easy. Food was outstanding no matter the style ie western with Thai twist or Traditional Thai. One of the most beautiful and quiet beaches in Phuket.

The staff were amazing, however, the staff at reception always seemed stressed and lacking in warmth. The position is understandably difficult, particularly when the expectations are very high by guests and management. However, there is room for improvement for those who greet you for the first time and bid you farewell when you leave. To this end, I was not asked if everything was to my satisfaction when checking out. I consider this a failure. If a hotel strives for continued improvement and customer satisfaction it is a question that should always be asked.

We stayed in room 8817, the view was breathtaking. It rained our entire 4 day stay and we still managed to have a wonderful time. The food was excellently prepared. Everything we ate was good. My only issue was that breakfast was the same thing everyday. The staff was attentive, the carts came in 5 minutes or less to pic you up and the drivers always remember your name. Overall it was such a relaxing experience. My husband and I fully enjoyed it. Location was good. Front desk staff is helpful and will easily get you a taxi upon request. Spa services was excellent.

My only issue was that breakfast was the same thing everyday. I wouldnt say this is a dislike, more of an observation but there is zero entertainment on this resort, and I mean zero, not even some pool music was played

We had to talk to the reception due to not the same room as the one we booked and I waisted my anniversary celebration trees blocking the sea view and the reason they say “ because I’m muslim we gave this room” it’s first come first served for choosing the room then the day after they moved us to the one were the view much better as we booked it “thanks Kelly for being so helpful”

The Glof cart’s drivers they are over friendly, talkative and they keep asking uncomfortable questions about our schedule or why we are here and making funny comments we’re not funny
