Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money - we paid more for the executive suite one of the two times we stayed and that was worth it for the little living area and table that made it comfortable for a family to relax and eat a takeaway (no restaurant in the hotel). The staff were very helpful - they phoned the ferry company for us when we were trying to work out how the transport to Koh Samui worked. They were also very kind when our son wasn't feeling well. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but they do have tea and coffee in reception and space/crockery to eat a takeaway.

It is next to a bar/club that was playing music but we didn't notice once inside with the aircon on. It also wasn't in too late on the days we stayed.

An amazing hotel: everything is new, clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed at an executive suite and it was a really spacious suite with a separate bedroom and a living room with an excellent wifi and all the necessary facilities. The location is perfect: plenty of restaurants and cafes around. All kinds of cuisine available nearby, perfect coffee, if you don't want to go to the restaurant you can order grab. Highly recommended!

We rented the executive suite we love the hotel, the location the price, the clean, nice and wonderful staff. next door is an excellent restaurant. The owners are very nice and friendly, and I recommend the calamari.! A must to stay while in Surrat

Very clean and modern. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. Could easily stay here comfortably for a week or two.

The staff were very loud in the corridors. This woke us up. The corridors and doors don’t keep noise out.

Very clean nice place to stop for a night while you are travelling with a very cool cocktail bar next door and a lovely Japanese restaurant around the corner on the main road.

There was no breakfast, offered and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room itself, but they did have coffee downstairs.

Great stay with comfortable beds. Handy for trip along the river. 7/11 very close by. Big car park. Highly recommended. Great roof top bar at the back of the hotel with good food.

Big size room with balcony. The bed was insanely comfortable and I loved the windowseat!! Loved that it had a vanity with mirror, and also the complimentary water in the fridge.

There wasnt really any counter space in the bathroom, which means I had to put my toiletries on the toilet. There also were multiple mosquitoes in my room, I got a total of 10 musquito bites in a few hours time.

Very spartan. Dormitory like rooms and character. No info on tourist activities. Very little English but passable.

Without the pub and restaurant nearby there wasn't a lot within walking distance. Doz is a lovely coffee shop within 3 minutes. Staff were great and very helpful.
