Staff were very pleasant and her helpful. I found our room great I only had two issues one was the mattress as I had a bad back the Mayr was too soft but apart from that great the step as you come out of the bathroom I trip and ct open my foot underneath my toe? Twice it happened I think please if you can get a little stick on sign letting your Guest's that there is a small raise fro the bathroom to the hall entrance from the bathroom 🙏🏻 . Food was ok but could be better sorry for saying but I give the food a 8 out of 10 everything else was great 👍🏻 The car park security outside was so nice as was all staff thanks 🙏🏻

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was spotless, organized, and comfortable. The room was sized well, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent, and the bed was comfy. Unlike other hotels where I have stayed, the shower had decent pressure and maintained a consistent temperature. The adjoining room was a nice touch and very convenient when travelling with children. In my opinion, this hotel ticks all the boxes for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist however they could. I would love to know what coffee they serve for breakfast; it was very good. Additionally, the New Year gift and card were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Udon for vacation or business.

No hotel is perfect, but I would like to offer some constructive feedback. The breakfast selection could be improved by adding more Western options and ensuring that the food areas are always kept clean. Aside from that, my experience was completely fine.

We didn't know what to expect from the Vela Dhi or Udon Thani. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we had a lovely bright but cool room with a great shower and comfy bed. The breakfast had a lot of choices and it was pleasant to sit outside with a drink in the evenings. All the staff were amazing - friendly, professional and helpful. Particular thanks to James who was our driver for the Red Lotus Lake. Udon Thani itself is a really lovely city and feels very young with lots of coffee bars etc. The food offering is amazing - download the Michelin app if you're going there. Our favourite of the Isan cities. We'll be back and staying at the Vela Dhi.

everything was good. Good location. Good breakfast. Super nice staff. gym, pool, sauna, beds, were great. Nice overall.

Food from the grill/restaurant was very average, except for the chicken Caesar salad which was a good salad. Had a great pizza, then next time, the fellow couldn't cook the pizza properly. Club sandwich not so good. But staff was very nice. Kinda pricy for Udon Thani and comparable Thai hotels in that category

The room was very clean and had everything. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was clean and easy to get to. The staff were exceptionally helpful directing us to the places and arranging taxi to take us places. All day use of a cab taking us to touristy places and of cause the markets. Would definitely recommend this motel. Breakfast had a really good selection of Asian and Aussie foods. Home made butter and jams a huge plus. The restaurant had really nice food. The bar had great specials. Like 2hours cocktails for about 500bth ( about$20) Easy to get around. Shower had great pressure. We also had a drink waiting for us when signing in… un real

No real milk in the room just powdered milk. I like milk in my tea.

The Staff is so nice and the opposite of the hotel have very very good massage just walk across the street!

I booked the standard room from booking but when arrived and checked in and went to the room is fixing, the technical guys said the air con was not working properly but of course, the staff here is very good I just waited around 10 minutes then they offer the new room with upgraded one level from standard room. However, it would be better if the app and hotel could connect the available rooms!

We liked everything at Vela Dhi. The friendliness of the staff, the richness of their breakfast, their facilities with a beautiful gym, sauna, and pool, and the comfort of the room with very nice bed. It was a very lovely stay.

Pool, sauna and gym area are lovely. Great view over the city. Very accomodating staff who work with you to ensure you have a good stay.

The cleaning could be a lot better. There was hair and dirt, dust all over the place. The Suite was booked at a massive discount on booking and if I had to have paid full price I would have been upset with the value for money.

Very enjoyable stay, with many things being above expectations - staff, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, parking all positive.

For me just one slight negative was the bathroom wash basin - this was quite low and the mirror and shelving above protruded too far making shaving and brushing teeth a little awkward. Anyway, we would stay again as everything else was excellent.
