Location Location! If you are in town, this is the place I recommend. The parking areas are all indoor on the ground level. The room is a bit of 80’s but very clean. The bed is a good queen sized, it’s quite firm. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you have a big luggage then you need to carry it up stairs yourself. Staffs are very friendly and flexible, I left my suitcase with them all day before catching an overnight train to Bangkok. Central department store is located around 3-4 mins walking distance. Also it’s not too far from the main bus terminal and railway station.

This place seems like condominium style, not a typical hotel. The location is awesome. It is near the bus station and Central Udon. It is also located in front of Thai Isan market. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeper is friendly local people. But the receptionist is a little bit "cold". I recommend this place for a short stay in Udon i.e business trip

Location and willingness to allow early check-in (as train arrives in Udon at 6AM and planes at 9AM.) The daytime young lady at the front desk allowed me to switch room from 3rd floor to 2nd and from one room without a plug for the bathroom sink to a room with. As a result I extended the stay by 3 more days. (BTW, 540 baht through Booking but 500 baht as walk-in).

The security man arbitrarily disallowed my early check-in, even after seeing the Thai translation of the confirmation letter of early check-in from Booking. He simply walked away from the front desk and started watering the plants; see photo below.

Just a few hundred metres from the Udon Thani Central Plaza, this hotel is very well situated. The room we had, 213 is quite a good size, with a king size bed, a little firm but that suits me fine. If you are just looking for somewhere to shower and sleep, for 500 thb per night this is excellent value. Plenty of street food nearby and if you have a bad back, good quality massages are available nearby as well. This is an older hotel, so nothing fancy about it, but clean and quiet with good free Wi-Fi and normal amenities, ie tv,fridge,electric jug, large clothes closet with shelf and hanging space. The bathroom is good, clean and has shampoo and soap for the shower, which has reasonable water pressure and hot water if needed. If you’re after a romantic getaway, don’t stay here, but if you’re just looking for a night or three as an affordable stopover, I highly recommend this hotel. The night markets are only a 10 minute walk too, which is great because parking there is a nightmare. I would definitely make this my regular hotel when visiting Udon Thani.

Parking is a bit tight if you arrive late and the hotel is busy.

No breakfast served but a great location in town not far from shopping mall and restaurants.

The day staff woman was a bit tawdry and abrupt but the night staff were excellent! Lousy view of back of buildings outside window - which can't be helped in a city location.

The Front desk people could have been a little more friendly, Internet was intermittent, complained but nothing was done.

we had a room at front of hotel in the afternoon the heat of the sun made the wall behind the bed way too hot. very hot to touch. even with aircon on it struggled to cool room completely. balcony was soo small cannot be classed as a balcony.

Clean, spacious room. Easy check in/check out. Great for stop over on way to Airport. Staff polite and helpful.

My room had a balcony. Fine for smoking. Faces a wall and about 1m². TV signal poor. Only thai channels.

There was NO breakfast but plenty of outside choice within short walking distance

The hotel and room was immaculate, clean to a high standard the only criticism is everything was basic with no chairs or a table and the air conditioning was basic and poorly located and seemed inadequate for room size.
