The rooms are not sound proof. The breakfast is a joke and we had to wait allot for someone to take our order. We had breakfast included but we could not order everything from the breakfast menu. The staff from reception was not able to speak English. You have a washing machine but no cleaning powder. You have no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. These issues should not exist for this price range hotel. The normal price for our room was 180€/ night, but I got a limited time offer for half price 90€/ night. I would never pay 180€ for these services, the real price for these services is 70€/ night.

Receptionist Vera twice declined our request to help us - we had a morning early tour and she said it is not possible to arrange sandwiches, but night shift Turkish collegue has done it in a matter of minutes !-thank you We reported broken air conditioning to Vera , and she said come back tomorrow morning to report this to Turkish receptionist in English ,although my husband is Russian and I speak Russian since age of 6. Poor customer service skills demonstrated by Vera ,she left unpleasant feeling of not caring at all ,as if she was bothered . Just to warn future customers

Location was great. Good supermarket next door and 3 minute walk to Cleopatra beach. Gym was very good. Restaurant was good.

Cleaning was not very good. When I checked in there was many long black hairs on the table and couch. The couch was also stained. Most staff was friendly but one woman with dark curly hair didnt even say hello when you greener her. Very strange! Very noisy kidd at the pool - the staff should ask the parents to respect other people living in the hotel.

The staff is very customer oriented, they always tried to be helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable with the atmosphere of home. All kitchen equipment is Bosch (microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee-machine, toaster, electric stove, etc), the furniture was good (most of it was Ikea). The bed was really comfortable. Room-cleaning service was also great (friendly and scrupulous staff). There were no troubles with wi-fi, the online streams worked without interruptions. The building is newly renovated and this hotel is the most beautiful in the vicinity. Reproductions create a special vibe to this place. The restaurant is good, the quality of food is excellent, it can be easily observed that chef really tried to make it tasty and look fancy. The price is reasonable. The swimming-pool is super clean and refreshing. The half of the pool is always in the shadow which makes it really comfortable to swim in during the hot day. It takes 2 minutes to reach the beach, there are also several stores close to the hotel.

I recently stayed at Aria Riva Hotel in Alanya and had a very positive experience. The hotel has a great location, close to both the city center and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel is newly renovated, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was also very good, both in the rooms and common areas. Overall, my stay at Aria Riva Hotel was very good. I recommend this hotel to others visiting Alanya.

Perfect location! Close to the beach and all the fantastic beach clubs, although I do recommend a car if you plan to see more of Alanya or other cities. The room was very clean, and the A/C was perfect! The bathroom could use a bit more attention, mostly the toilet area, but otherwise very clean! Excellent staff who are eager to help and very kind. Taxi service is also very convenient and reasonably priced, if you need to go to Antalya. Breakfast was very simple, but delicious!

The toilet looked a bit old and damaged, mainly because of the bright red color. it made it look dirtier than it probably was.

It was a nice and clean aparthotel very close to the beach and main attractions. It was very convenient. The staff was kind, very friendly and helpful with all our requests. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna with a hammam. The restaurant is pretty decent and has some lovely meals. I can recommend chicken pasta! The location is amazing. It is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Alanya Teleferik and Damlataş Cave. There are also many shops and stores around. Also, it was clean and felt safe.

The breakfast starts at 8:30, so sometimes it is rather late if you plan to leave early for a day trip. Even 30 minutes earlier could have made a difference. The place is very popular, so sometimes finding a parking spot in the city park was difficult.

The best hotel in Alanya! I highly recommend hotel Aria Riva. This is the 2nd time I stayed here with my daughters and granddaughter and they loved it too. I will never choose another hotel to stay at. I can’t wait for my next holiday here! Delicious food in the restaurant 10/10. They have the best breakfast which you won’t get at any other hotels, it’s very clean and very welcoming. Staff are super friendly and caring always there to help especially the ladies at reception. The rooms are very modern and have everything you need, along with a lovely pool, gym and Turkish bath if wanted! I highly recommend staying here.

We really loved this place! Everything was nice, and even if we had some problems, stuff solved them quickly and pleasant! I can't say that breakfasts were variety, but enough and very tasty! The location is convenient; there are many stores, cafes and restaurants next to the hotel, and the beautiful beach is right around the corner! They also have a car parking, but there are only a few parking slots. Despite this, we always had the opportunity to park our car. Special thanks to Tuba at reception and Ibrahim in the restaurant! Guys, you are the best! Thank you for your hospitality and passion! People like you make our vacation unforgettable! Our family highly recommends this place! See you next time!
