The staff was exceptional - super friendly and kind! Also, breakfast was super good!

The double bed could have been softer, but it was the only thing, otherwise super.

It was an excellent location in the heart of the old city. The staff were extremely helpful and the tram station is two minutes away. Breakfast was excellent and there were many varieties. Very comfortable stay overall and would definitely stay again. We had an issue with the shower and they changed our room immediately. Highly recommended.

First thing I really loved about this hotel is the employees they were so nice specially irem this girl is the sweetest girl ever the location is perfect near to everything it’s safe area the room was spacious and clean good internet connection water is hot ac is working I really loved my stay there.

That they don’t have breakfast. Or at least a kettle in the room other than this I loved everything about that hotel

This hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a central location just a few hundred meters from Muratpasa tram station. I easily walked to the hotel from the tram station with a backpack and a large suitcase, showing how convenient the location is. The buffet breakfast was very good, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel staff is super friendly and even accommodated a late check-out by keeping my baggage. I must mention Omer, who has an amazing personality and was exceptionally kind and friendly during my stay. He guided me to the best destinations in Antalya and went out of his way to assist me with several matters, for which I am very grateful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Antalya.

I liked the cat , it was walking inside the hotel lobby just like a bossssss, I also liked watching those ice creams in the freezer right beside the entrance door, like the people inside the lift and also outside the lift, liked the breakfast staff, wanted to propose one but didn't want to have a salty coffee. So i gave up. Very clean tidy ladies with hairs covered. I also liked that reception lady to say "Merheba" , i kept passing and saying merhaba so she say it back, damn, I forgot to record her voice cuz obviously i was still thinking about breakfast staff those ladies duhhhhhh. 🤔. And lastly , I liked myself in that mirror. Also i liked the mirror in that lift and lift in this hotel and the hotel in that area and area in Antalya, Antalya in Türkiyə and i .... Hold on , imma call reception now to hear she saying "Merhaba" cuz obviously I HAVE LOST MY MIND . Nahhhhhhhhhhhhh im just playing around. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD in this hotel, but WAS IT though?! Lol. Perfect hotel. the heart surgeon looking receptionist named Deniz was a GLADIATOR in the dark nights . He helped us a lot. "Adam gibi adam", google the meaning of it.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel had bed, toilet and all required facilities. I also didn't like the staff being so kind and helpful. Nahhhhhhhhh im just joking 😃 :) nothing to don't like in this hotel .

The staff was very professional especially Mr Omer and the kitchen cook and the hotel had good facilities, I was there for 1 week with my family and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. All in all good for people who want to be closer to facilities to travel and not stay all day in the hotel. Would return to the hotel again. Everything is walking distance like supermarkets, bus/tram stations, mark Antalya, food shops and attractions. Liked that the hotel provided a safe and also mini fridge.

The bathroom was tight but it was good enough, the water pressure was low, it could be noisy, it would have been good if staff had informed us upon checking in if you want cleaning leave the cleaning sign outside your door handle, found the sign at the end of our stay so too late.

Situated very central in Antalya everything in the city is at a walkable distance, and the beds were comfortable and nice also really nice breakfast. We did not pay extra for having A/C which was really nice and we had complimentary water bottles refilled in the room every day. Our room was exactly what we expected for the cheap price; OK standard, but not great. The thing that we really really enjoyed was the employees, everyone was so nice and welcoming and we especially want to thank the "older" man receptionist who was so very sweet and caring to us. The employees was definitely the main reason we had such a good stay, and also the great location of the hotel.

The bathrooms could have been better-kept and updated. It was a 'nice' bathroom but we had issues with the shower and some bathroom equipment were loose.

The location is perfect, centrally located. Mark Antalya shopping mall is near. The room is spacious for a standard room in the basement, though it has no windows. It includes a fridge and a kettle. I was delighted to find air conditioning. The breakfast is rich and good, and the staff are helpful.

the toilet was dirty, and the shower drain was constantly blocked. On the first day, they didn’t clean the room, so on the second day, I left the door sign requesting service. However, when we returned in the afternoon, it still hadn't been done. I politely asked someone about it, and they cleaned it afterward. Following this incident, they cleaned our room daily.

The rooms were super clean and the staff were helpful and available at all hours. The location was amazing - on a little side road just next to the city centre, so you get all the convenience with none of the noise. The breakfast was also very nice - a good amount of options which rotated from time to time.

Our room didn’t have a desk to put things on - only a couple of drawers and very few hangers, with little hanging space. The WiFi did cut out from time to time, but overall it was fine. If you book tours, buses/coaches can’t pick you up directly outside the hotel due to the small roads, so be prepared to walk 3/5 minutes in the morning if you book external tours. The spa was more on the expensive side so we didn’t go - around £25-30 for a half hour treatment.
