Enormous area with gardens, swimming pools, restaurants and bars for every taste and preference. The best Kids club I ever saw, being like a hotel inside the hotel with their own water park, adventure centre, restaurant, entertainment stage. Every possible workshop for every age - from dancing, painting to Lego, making robots, DJ sessions, Playstations competitions and so much more. The brand new Marina pool and Marina bar are in the quite area of the resort, closed off from the wind, which was important in October. The drinks included in the all inclusive are not the standard "local equivalent", but imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands. All and all we had a brilliant stay, though too short of course!

Can't fault on anything, may be in high season it would be too busy in the main restaurant, but in October we never had any issues to find a table and did not experience any long queues

We really liked the hotel, the service was good. The food was great, just a bit mess during some times. The activity for children is amazing! Lots of theme parties for kids. Also, the adult shows were incredible! The water park side is super fun! Lifeguards are all over which is really relaxing to see. And the sea, OMG a great spot to jump from into the water.

I was a disappointed our mini bar was not filled on a daily basis. Also, we booked a room for 4 people, but never got enough towels nor blankets!

Frankly, I am not the "all inclusive" person, but thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The hotel area is vast and offers everything one may need. The food buffets are excellent and offer (allmost: too) much, in good to very good quality, especially given the size of the place. The entertainment and activity area also for children is excellent and well organized, as well as the gym (both the courses and the personal tips for training are good, special thanks to Obi). We also very much appreciated that the staff is not only friendly and well-trained, but also does not show any inclination to collect tips.

You should be aware of the following facts, which are not necessarily a disadvantage: if you leave the hotel area, there is not much around there. Amenities and extra services within the hotel are on the pricey side. Especially the main building needs some renovating.

The hotel is very wonderful. There are trees everywhere and the mountain view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and very close. The water slides are wonderful. The children’s club is more than wonderful.،

The food is good but for Rixos it should be better. The spa has high prices, regular massage

The only thing I believe can be better is food It was so repetitive and sea food wasn’t delicious. And there was one snack bar for 4-5pm that serve everyday same things semit and baklava.no sandwiches no hot snack I was expected fresh juice for breakfast for 5star hotel And blow dryer didn’t work properly Thanks

We stayed there mid October, and it was perfect - the water was still comfortably warm, but the air was not hot anymore. The hotel territory is huge, the staff is very friendly. The food is good - always fresh fish and meat, lots of vegetables and fruits. I liked everything I tried. Sometimes we preferred to have lunch at the snack bar because it's by the water and you always could find some warm meals there. We took the marine room option in the building 4. I think it's a good choice for two people, but a bit too small for two adults with a kid - our situation. Overall, it's definitely a good value or money. Big thanks to the staff! I would highly recommend.

Minor things. I expected some fresh juice, but there wasn't. Keep in mind, it has a very mixed crowd - couples, single people, families with kids. In a way it's too big, so it lacked coziness and personal approach. But this is very subjective :) Our room was next to the "chiller" facility, the sound was there all the time. Not too loud though. I think if you ask in advance, they can find you something away from it.

Rixos Sungate was delightful. This was a first holiday for our family of 5 with our baby who is 13 months. Reading the previous reviews, we were apprehensive about some of the statements made by other guests such as: 1. Loud hotel 2. Poor customer service 3. Lack of English speakers 4. Poor quality food Well I can put all of the to bed and say we didn’t experience anything negative. Rixos Sungate was charming, clean, inviting, relaxing and had something for everyone. Yes, music plays until 2am, but the sound is contained in the area. We stayed in the middle of September. The weather was 30-34 degrees Celsius with the sunrise from 6am and sun set at 7pm. On arrival, I had a WhatsApp message from Guest Services saying ‘If you need anything, please WhatsApp me here and I’ll do what I can to help’. This was an excellent touch. Whatever we needed, fresh towels, ironing board, shuttle service, taxi, drinks, restaurant bookings, anything at all. No request was too much. Not matter what the time was. The restaurant staff were amazing with our baby daughter. They entertained her, made her smile, kept our drinks topped up and shared some personal anecdotes. One area of improvement is the bar. The cocktails are very hit and miss. They free pour the drinks. If I was looking for an 18-30’s holiday where alcohol consumption was the priority, then I would be very impressed. For a Pina Colada by the pool, the free pour of rum and lack of coconut and pineapple made the drink unappealing and wasteful. Other occasions, all I could taste was pineapple juice. All the bar staff need to do is follow the recipe and measure the drinks. For all inclusive, I am sure the guests would appreciate quality over quantity, especially as it’s unlimited. September was an amazing time to visit. The hotel was half full so there was always availability for activities, prime location sun loungers and plenty of food to go around. The food was excellent. Especially lunch or dinner.

1- the room was at the end of the facility. 2-they locked my room because we order food to the room and when i want to them, they say you have to pay for the food service, i informed them, normally we pay at check out,

All inclusive, one-stop shop for family needs in a breathtaking, natural surroundings by the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. Rixy Kids Club truly is above and beyond typical holiday resorts, packed with fun activities and first class facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Moreover, my 5-year old daughter has had a whale of a time at The Land of Legends (!) - free shuttle bus service from Rixos Sungate and free entrance too as part of the hotel package.

Weather wasn’t great for the first two days, not that it was the fault of the property. Saying that, when the sun is out, it is a Mediterranean paradise!

Thé AC wasn’t working in our room we called and reported It 3 times with no one fixing it eventually we had to walk to guest services who also promised someone will come have a look and no one came either eventually a day before checkout they called up to ask if everything is okay and they sent someone to fix it but it was too late by then.
