The water pressure was better than at my house. The staff was so lovely and solved an issue with the curtains in my room quickly. I felt so welcome. There’s a great familiar atmosphere. The food at lunch at dinner was great, there even was a grill outside every other dinner with fish, kebab and other meat. There were lots of kids there and the pool was well loved. Outside they placed bean bags on the lawn to chill and have a drink or hookah. I mean I never had a better value for the money I payed. Definitely will come back another time.

The breakfast was not my favourite but still I found something.

The owners were very nice and friendly! Great and less busy location with suitable facilities (shops, some restaurants, kebab places nearby, and toursit offices offering nice trips in the surrounding). The surrounding is beautiful and the free-of-charge beach is just a few meters from the hotel.

As it was the beginning of the season amd we were the first visitors, not everything was well prepared. But the owners tried to compensate it.

I stayed in this hotel for four days, and they never changed the towels. When I asked the reception, they said they generally change them within three days, but they didn't do this for my room. The balcony door got stuck multiple times, making it hard to open. The bed made noise and wasn't comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner wasn't functioning well; it would work for a few hours and then stop, sometimes dropping the temperature or raising it on its own. From the first day, we found the hotel did not match our expectations. I asked to shorten my stay from six to four days, but they didn't accept my request for a refund. Guests need to pay attention to the fees and hidden costs. Wi-Fi costs 1 euro per day per person. You get one key per room, and if you lose it, you will be charged 40 dollars. The bar is open from 12 PM to 9 PM, and after that, you have to pay for drinks, beer always it's paid.

The property had beautiful view from the balcony. It was also situated not far from the beach and the sea. Several markets nearby. The food was not special but good for the price and the drinks at the bar were also ok.

The room, especially the bathroom and bed was not clean at all. In nine nights the cleaner only came once to take out the bin liner in the bathroom that we had already taken out a couple of times - so she just changed the bag and took some of our dirty towels but did not leave any new clean ones. The reception staff were friendly but they only understand Turkish, it was very difficult to explain or ask them anything in English or any other language. You should stay away from the water from the water dispenser, other guests told me they refill it from the sink and thats why it tastes and smells of chlorine.

Stone on the Beach- , shower room , had to be cleaned,. Door locks to be changed. In the evening time I had a accident , ---there is no light in front of the hotel--- and I tripped and cut the shin of my leg, at the hotel swimming pool . I was asking for a doctor , but the answer was tomorrow .Next day I was at Kemer hospital and they put stitches on the leg, no shower for three days

The food was the same and just added lemon to make it more sour every day. As it was all inclusive when i booked they only offered red and white wine. The rest you need to pay. Our room was not cleaned over 4 days and 3 nights . The reason was the shower over flown and flooded the room itself and we had to put towel to stop the water from flooding to the room and my friend slipped and almost lucky not to broke his hand and leg or so. We explained it to who ever was in reception, no action was taken. when we asked for fresh towel no one gave anything. After 4 hrs of waiting we took towels from the cupboard on the corridor. An hour after when i was having shower a guy who claimed he is a hotel owner just opened the door and got in and said i got you towels and when we said we got that he started shouting at us that this is my hotel and you have to do what i say. I told hime you cant just get into my room without asking me and he said this is my hotel i can do what ever i want then he added You were not suppose to throw the towels on the floor and from now on no more towels for you and i had to shout get out of the room as i was having shower and naked. And the last day they asked us to empty the room earlier and they charged us for lunch and there were others which they didn’t get charged. In total the hotel was a rip off. Toilet was very dirty like it has never been cleaned . Very black stains inside. An electric plug was open with wires out. Which is a big hazard for a family with a baby to stay there.
