Location was fantastic, right near the promenade and sea but back enough to be quiet. We could walk to everything. It was a very pretty house and our room upstairs with a balcony was a generous size, with sitting chairs and small table. The bed was huge and very comfortable with good lighting for reading, the bathroom was fine with a generous shower with lots of hot water, and it was all furnished very nicely. Staff were lovely. It had huge character.

Perhaps fly screens on the door to the balcony so we could leave this open. Flies were a shocker. Also, a safe would be a good addition.

Oalis Boutique Hotel is a charming little place with exceptional staff. It's just set back from the waterfront, so there's some easing of pedestrian traffic and a bit of privacy. Wonderfully renovated historical home. It a great place to relax after a day of either boating or exploring Bodrum. It's close to restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the center of town, where minibuses can be taken to other parts of Greater Bodrum. My wife and I stayed as part of our anniversary celebrations, and Oalis' professional and helpful staff made us feel very welcome and at home. They even offered us an upgrade as a way of making our time a truly special one. Excellent, excellent, excellent! We intend on returning!

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay.

The property is located just off the seaside walk on Bodrum marina, close enough to the hustle and bustle of restaurants and Simit sellers, but just tucked away enough for peace and quite when you need it. The manager is awesome, so very helpful and kind, we shared many a chat and lazy evenings, as we used the outside space at the hotel, lined with flowering shrubs and cats. The rooms are spacious, very well kitted out, with a good size bathroom and a super hot and cold shower. The management get the room cleaned and bed covers changed etc as often as you’d like it.

Oalis Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in all areas! The location was perfect - so close to the beach, yet so quite at night! The hotel is beautifully renovated, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and cosy. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful and so very helpful! I had made an error in my booking, and they so kindly fixed it for me with no additional charge. They also helped us to set up an incredible tour to Ephesus. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bodrum. Thank you so much.

Very clean and welcoming, close to the beach, in a quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, very clean, with A/C and coffee facilities. Excellent value for money.

I liked everything, it was just what we were looking for. It’s about 100m to the nearest taxi stand, in a pietonal area, so we had to ask around a bit to get there as it is not very well signed. But google maps took us easy to the right place.

We had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay here. The accommodation surpassed our expectations with its stunning beauty, cleanliness, spaciousness, modern amenities, and its ideal location right next to the ocean/main area of Bodrum. I stayed at this hotel for my last 2 nights in the city at the beginning of September. It is a 2-floor small property with only 5 rooms - 3 of them on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. It has a small courtyard with 2 or 3 small tables and chairs. The location of the property is excellent. It is within a few minutes walk of the shops, stores, cafes, restaurants, and the beach. It takes only a few seconds to reach the main promenade street. The size of the room I stayed was normal. The bathroom was spacious, especially the shower cabin which was indeed very convenient. The bed was comfortable. I would like to thank Nectar Hanım for her kindness and hospitality. She is a very sociable person and open for communication/conversations. Thanks to her I learned a lot about that part of the city and people living there. I also learned about the cats dwelling in the hotel's courtyard. : ) There were 3 cats. I still remember the names of 2 cats - Silvester and Cadı (Jadi). I hope they are doing just fine. : )

The windows of the room where I stayed faced the street. Therefore I was woken up by the noise of people walking outside (this part of the city is very famous for its nightlife.) Of course, it is not the property's fault. The bedsheets had been stained. I had a feeling that they were not changed after the previous guests' visit or they were permanent stains which can not be washed out. But I had my own sheets and I used them.

Excellent location. Great value for money, clean, has all you need. Just keep in mind there is no breakfast but we got a recommendation to visit a bakery nearby. So you get what you would expect for that price. Will come again if visit BODRUM one day

We got a room which was right next to the entrance so was a bit noisy as we could hear every single person entering/leaving the hotel

Cute little hotel bursting with character and charm with everything a few steps away. We parked on the main road and used Google maps to walk the rest of the way, so it was easy to find. Sitting in the courtyard under the trees with a cup of tea, listening to the birds singing was bliss. It was always lovely coming back to this sanctuary of peace after a busy day of exploring the area.

Breakfast included would have made this perfect. Lots of places to go have breakfast very close by, so it's not an issue.

Everything about Oalis is great. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, it’s located right near the restaurants and port, great value for money and the room is always cleaned when needed. Near even went out of her way to drop off and pick up our washing from the laundromat.
