The restaurant and hotel staffs are well trained , we received warm welcome and regards everyday from everyone. All the request has been taking cared properly .

So many great things about this place to count, it is super clean, I've been to so many 5 stars hotels and resorts and this one is among the cleanest, the open buffet was almost all day long with 5 distinct meals which is so rare , in fact first time to see this, the location is perfection, super beautiful ( winter time , skiing), the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Serkan, whom was super helpful in some tough situations (changed rooms and lost my Credit card while skiing) .everything was included with rhe reservation even the minibar.over all amazing experience

The sound proofing needs improvement, and the rooms are a little hot ( even during a blizzard), skiing equipment rental was a little expensive, but it is my first time skiing so it might not be the case

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. A special thanks to Serkan Bey for his exceptional hospitality—it truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the drinks were of excellent quality—definitely a highlight! The pool was warm and very relaxing, and the spa was just what we needed after a long day. Everything about our stay was amazing, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into making it such a special experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway.

The location of the hotel is very nice, near to the snow activities. The breakfast, the lunch, the dinner are International, very rich and diversified. The people are very helpful and welcoming. I have to thank Mr.Serkan the guest relationship manager, for his great help and interest, He made us feel that we live at home with our family. Many thanks for everyone working at this hotel, they do there best to make the guests happy.

The hospitality in this hotel is something else, i had one of the best stays. All the staff are friendly. They helped us with everything. Free drinks all day long. They have very good food. All the facilities are amazing. They help you with everything from A -Z. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again because their costumer satisfaction standard is very high. I haven’t seen a hotel that treats you better than they do. Especial thanks to serkan and hakkan for this amazing stay. They don’t give no for an answer. Pleasure to stay in this hotel.

The resort was perfect, the location, the food, the service - everything. The only thing that set us back was the lack of snow this year and thus not being able to enjoy our vacation doing as many activities as we probably could. The staff at the ski center within the resort did not speak any English, this was a challenge. Also they weren't very helpful with what to do around Uludag. Other than that everything was perfect.

Getting to the place was difficult. Do not go from Bursa looking for Uludag. Rather go looking for Uludag Milli Park. Also Google maps would show you many wrong routes, but there's only 1 way to get to Uludag Milli Park and then the hotels.

Kaya hotel is nothing short of perfection, thanks to a very caring personnel, impeccable service as well as all round amenities. In fact, since our arrival to the hotel, my family and I have been pleasantly surprised by the heartwarming welcome of the guest relation manager and the restaurant employees. The room was comfortably spacious with a stunning view overlooking Uludag park and forest. The food was various and tasty and it is worth mentioning that five meals/ snacks are offered every day and served by a thoughtful staff who spared no effort to fulfill our requirements. The hotel amenities include a stylish lobby, a cosy kids club, multi service spa, relaxing cafeteria, fit for purpose game room, convenient gym and easy to access ski room. Furthermore, what we found quite thrilling was the proximity of ski tracks with three ski lifts which gave an unparalleled opportunity to practice Ski at a stone’s throw away from the hotel. There are also plenty of activities for kids in the surrounding area such as motor biking and sledding. In short, Kaya hotel amenities and location lived up to our expectation and the staff devotion exceeded ,by far, common standards. Service. Amenities. Location. Food. Spacious room.

The location was amazing, we had so much fun in the snow, The hotel is so fancy that booking doesn't show the true value of the amenities, The staff was extremely friendly although i don't speak Turkish, every one working at this hotel was totally professional from the door butler to their manager, The food was amazing i lhave never experienced the turkish and international food like that before. The room was large and big, and very comfortable. It was one if the beat experience i have ever had in turkey.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, always trying to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of nice food, with a big variety for all tastes and always drinks available. The spa was also 5 star and we would fully recommend the hammam experience. Ski hire, ski pass and lessons were convenient to book when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel were very communicative with us before and during our stay and arranged a taxi to get there from the ferry port in Bursa.

We struggled to pay for the hotel when we booked it because the hotel's preference is to receive payment via a payment link, which didn't work for us. But when I contacted the hotel I was able to just pay through booking.com and there were no problems. They were very helpful to sort it out.

The checkin was quick and easy, the food was fabulous and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. We picked this hotel because it had a 9.7 rating on Booking.com and we were not disappointed. We had a great time even though there was no snow to ski, and we will be back again one the snow returns 😎
