We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Baia Hotel in Uludag, from the Valais team to the housekeeping staff, as well as the restaurant team, for their professionalism and kindness. A special mention goes to Mr. Ozkan, whose warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. Thank you once again to the entire team for such a warm welcome, and especially to Mr. Ozkan, whose assistance from our arrival to our departure was exemplary.

The location was great with a fantastic view. There are many facilities inside including hairdresser, spa/swimming pool, ski rental room, restaurants, games rooms etc. There is also live music in evenings. The buffet food was good as well and staff were very helpful with gluten free food as partner is a coeliac. Asena, the guest relations manager was extremely helpful when we had a small problem with our room and resulted it straight away by changing our room for us which we were grateful for. The staff overall were very polite and nice. We had a massage and Turkish bath in the sauna, the masseuses were fantastic and extremely helpful. Best massage we have ever had in any hotel.

The only thing that stood out for us, was the the ski rental room trying to pressure us for more skiing lessons and it felt like they were trying to make more money. They didn’t tell us where we could get ski passes from until we took another lesson. This information should be more easily accessible for future customers. However I don’t think this is a reflection of the hotel as a whole as we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

The lobby has an amazing large setting area with nice views on the snow areas and great complimentary tea/coffee/juice service

location was a bit far away from the main areas where people usually enjoy snow activities so you need to travel a bit long to reach these areas. staff was generally very friendly. The snow rent store lacked proper size for kids hand gloves they offered me to buy new ones for 500 tl so make sure to bring your own before coming to the hotel. The staff should improve english language skills keep in mind teleferik tickets are used on same day so return ticket wont be useful for people staying in these hotels.

The hotel and its services were excellent, with the staff being exceptionally helpful and friendly. For new learners, the location is highly convenient, as the school is very close to the hotel. You can even watch your kids while enjoying a drink in the lobby. The open buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options every day.

the hotel is not big but had a really nice vibe. its a practical place to stay at for skiing as its directly on the slopes. buffet was amazing and staf are very friendly and helpful. we really had a great time

We enjoyed the hotels facilities as well as the beautiful nature its surrounded by.

not the hotels fault, but unfortunately there was almost no snow at the time of our visit and when we wanted to go skiing we would have to pay instructor to take us somewhere further, which was quite expensive and still did not promise that we will ski at all.

The location,the food, staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel gave us complimentary wine and fruit and we appreciated it very much.The Turkish bath experience and massage was the best one I had in different hotels in Turkey . O would definitely ome back here again.

The swimming pool is too cold for me and the radiator in our room not giving enough heat.

Superb service. Especially a lady named Asena. She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Our family had a special snow holiday. Fantastic location.

A few more vegetarian/plant based food options would be advantageous.

every thing regarding food was wonderful from the breakfast to lunch to the dinner , the dessert was wonderful like 5 starts hotel and the lunch variety of food was too much and all delicious, I like this place

The food was amazing. I enjoyed it a lot. I like the staffs. They were very attentive and applied the hospitality standard.

I think only the noise of the wind that comes from outside . My husband couldn't sleep well.
