Very clean, new , excellent breakfast, Nice view. All smart home

No place to keep language,second raw from sea street, 30 steps to go down to street. If you do not have care you have to know this.

Quiet location, slept without any street noise or from people. It was close to bars, shops and restaurants - 8 minute walk from the market. The apartment was super clean, everything was spotless. The bed and the pillows were so, so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Toiletries were of a good quality. The view of the marina was lovely, very nice having a small balcony. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Water pressure in the shower was great. The apartment was decorated very tastefully, and the lighting was on point.

There should be a lighter duvet for the summer. A kitchen towel would be handy. The breakfast could have better quality ingredients, expected it to be nicer for the price we paid. Since there is no reception at the apartments, a simple guide with information regarding bus times, good restaurants, tours, things to do, ect would de ideal. It would be a good idea to have a coffee machine with real coffee capsules.

Great location directly in front of the port where the Ferries arrive from Greece. The hotel is perched up a hill above the port and the room had a nice balcony with a view. The A/C works well and the shower water pressure is good/ wifi is good also. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. My room had a small kicthenette and a nice seating area.

There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage to the upper floor, please take note. Everything is keypad number entry coded, but the response time with the host is quick if there is a problem with the entry code into the building. My room was a bit noisy from other guests next door with their incessant loud talking. Noisy at times from outside. To access the hotel from the street level directly across the port to to your left, there is a steep iron staircase (which is slippery when wet) leading to the small upper road where the hotel is located. You may also access the hotel from the upper road by car or taxi from the other end which is several hundred meters away from the main road as it ramps up to the hotel.

The view is stunning. The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Location is very good. Also having breakfast in the basket was actually very convenient. The host is very thoughtful. Getting into the property was easy.

The security light right over the bed. Bit annoying at night. Fortunately I use an eye mask for sleep and it didn’t bother me much.

A beautiful and comfortable apartment with a wonderful view on the harbour. Loved the design and some sweet touches like breakfast in a basket or a bow on a soap :) It was easy to check-in with the code key system. We didn't cook much but the kitchen seemed to have everything one needs. And it was quiet in the evening, which was exactly what we had been looking for.

There were some problems with WiFi connection. Sometimes it took longer for the host to respond

Bright, modern apartment overlooking Fethiye marina. Comfortable lounge area patio doors with great views from balcony. Good shower and very comfotable bed. Great location

Informed on arrival that new fridge been ordered so didnt have working fridge to keep drinks cold in the hot weather

I recently stayed at Ada Dreams, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of the accommodations. Our host, Hasan, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He provided exceptional support by assisting us with logistics, recommending local food options, and even helping us with dry cleaning and other requests. The hotel itself appears brand new or extremely well-maintained, boasting an impeccably clean and comfortable environment. I highly recommend Ada Dreams to anyone looking for an outstanding stay, and I personally look forward to returning in the future.

Lots to love: spacious and clean rooms that were lobby, bright and airy in a modern style, excellent views over Fethiye Bay, great balcony space to enjoy breakfast. Self catering style breakfast basket was a nice touch for family. Air conditioning worked well and in general there was good ventilation. Staff were very friendly, spoke good English and were accommodative of any requests we had.

The flat comes well equipped with plates, cutlery, tea and coffee facilities, pots and pans etc but it would be even more perfect if there was cooking oil for the eggs at breakfast. There were dish washer tablets but no dish sponge. Very minor things all in all. The hotel does warn you there is no parking specifically in the welcome message but Hasan was very helpful in suggesting what to do with suitcases and where to leave the car when we contacted him to arrange check in. The location was perfect! It had a beautiful view from the balcony and was in walking distance to the harbor, lots of restaurants, shops and taxis. I recommend a trip to Olü Deniz (for a boat trip) and Kayakoy (for the ghost town). The apartment itself was very clean, neat and had everything that we needed in it - kettle, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, TV, plug points next to the beds, fridge etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come and stay here again, as we had a wonderful time here.

The only slight negative is the breakfast that you get. It comes in a picnic basket every morning (every morning the same thing). It contains x2 small cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, x2 raw eggs, very bitter olives, some bread and condiments (sometimes we didnt get butter, otherwise honey, jam - one time it had mold growing on it - and processed cheese. You needed to cook your own egg. This was clearly not enough food to fill my boyfriend and it became boring quite quickly. This is the only thing that they need to improve on.
