Hotel quality and convenient location. Location : Very close to the main street. It is safe and there is no problem going out late night / early morning. Staffs : Staffs are very helpful and attended to a fews of my requests. Clean : Generally hotel is clean but room can be a little sandy ( Of course, Cappadocia is a sandy town ). I think you can request for house keeping but I prefer my room to be fully private. Breakfast : Spread are very good and they have live cooking station for egg / omelette. They have a mini rooftop you can watch balloon from. Hotel & room : I had the best room of the hotel, and my stay was wonderful. There are two showers in the bathroom. Bed is comfortable and soft. I requested for extra blanklet but was told to wait for following day as it was not avaliable due to hotel being fully booked, but I found two extra blanket in the room eventually ( I assume the hotel had prepared extra blanket for guests ). Room is cold at night during the Spring, no air-con / fan is requested and we used main + extra blanket. Bathtub is working in good condition with hot water, even the bathroom showers has good warm water for a good bath. Balcony is private. Hot Air Balloon & Money Exchange : You can exchange money with the hotel incharge, it is reliable, exchange rate is reasonable. I booked Hot Air Balloon with them, & the experiences is great. Smell : There is no weird smell in bathroom for this room.

Staircase : Have to climb staircase to my room. Fell one time when I was climbing & looking at my phone. Hotel do have spot lights for this area. Have to be extra careful

We like the deco of the room. It was comfy and well designed. The hotel is quiet because it’s not right at the center of town, but it’s a very short walk away from everything. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. You could see a few lonely hot balloons from the balcony of the room.

The breakfast was a small buffet, and the breakfast lady harassed us for tips. She became very mad when we refused. We didn’t think tip was justified because she didn’t help us with anything. We had to get up and get our own food and drinks. It was such an upsetting way to start the morning that we decided to eat out and skip the unpleasant encounter the next morning.

Breakfast was excellent, we liked very much. The lady who prepared breakfast is very professional and made tasty breakfast. Mr. Ali, who welcomed us in first night and provides support as and when needed. We stayed 4 nights, 3rd whole night water was not available in toilet, somehow, we managed. It seemed breakdown of water supply, so honestly it wasn’t their fault, but as a guest we faced this issue. Mr Ali, and his day duty colleagues honored our request. Excellent location, it is very near to main bazar street, and 10 min walking distance from sunset view request.

1. Daily cleaning based on routine, not when requested. 2. Ensures no utilities problems like water issue we faced. 3. Fan availability in room not based on request.

We like the view from the terrace. Can see hot air balloon from there. The breakfast was simple yet filling. We like the staff, they are friendly and helpful. The parking was a bit narrow as the street is narrow, but it was ok. The room, even with some hiccup, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great, it have all basic needs, heater, kettle, safebox, fan. There was shops around the area, so no need to worry about getting hungry at night. Most importantly, the view of balloon take off.

Our family room was not like the one feature in booking. It have no window, its under the manmade cave. The toilet door is unable to close and its very warmth, we need to ask for stand fan. We dont even swith on the heater even in winter. Do expect sand dust on the bed and need continuously cleaning before, during and after using the bed. When we arrived the original angel cave suite was under construction. We almost thought we got scammed. We texted the staff and he come and pick us up and bring us to another hotel, angel view hotel.

Beautiful room and balcony with a tub just inside. Very quiet and it’s not a cave but it’s very peaceful. You can see rock formations. They are very close down the street. We had a car and the narrow street from the town square up to the hotel was sometimes dicey. It’s maybe 100 yards up to the hotel. If another car is coming down as you go up, one car will need to back up a bit in most cases.

This is the only big issue we had but they do need to fix this. It shows up as Angel Cave Suites on Booking dot com and other places. But we arrived around 9:00 at night and the Cave Suites is an older hotel nearby that they own but is shut down and dark. The current hotel is Angel View Suites which is maybe a five minute walk away, but we had no way of knowing that. We inquired at a nearby hotel and they called the owners and it was cleared up. Needs to be revised on all booking sites. Anyone coming in on their own with a car would generally not know this.

We stayed at the Angel Cave Suites for 5 nights- it was a longer stay as we wanted to take it easy and relax in beautiful Capadocia. I was mostly in touch with Murat, prior to travel and he was very helpful with details of tours and airport pick-up and drop. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel and has a family-run feel to it. Breakfast is a simple spread of various jams and cheeses. There is usually a dish of sausages, ham slices and a fried option like onion rings, French fries or cheese rolls. Boiled eggs and cereal options are also available and we could request for an omelette or fried eggs- made as requested. The staff are very helpful and always smiling- even if they don’t speak English too well. We stayed in the suite with a balcony and while it didn’t have the famous bath tub that Angel Cave is known for, we enjoyed a good view of the balloons every morning from our little balcony. It is not an actual cave room, either. It is conveniently located a 5 mins walking distance from the Goreme shops and marketplace

Wish it were an actual cave hotel, on a higher elevation so better view of the balloons. When booking it was hard to understand how high the hotel is.

Great location, surrounded by magnificent caves. spacious room (delux). the staff at reception was very friendly and helped with excursions, travel tips, and booking e.g. spa.

Facility requires a bit renovation and cleaning. Our room was not cleaned for 3 nights, not even collection of scrap. from the other side - we didnt ask. Maybe they would have done it if we asked.. The breakfast was a bit simple - but the view from the restaurant compensated the content.

The hotel was nice, they provided coffee, tea and milk in the room which was very handy and the location was good as the main streams restaurants were less than 5 minutes walk.

We reserved Angel Cave and they changed the hotel to us for Angel View Suits without asking us, also the stuff did not give any tips of what to visit around as they did not speak any other languages but Turkish, also it lead us to a misunderstanding.
