The room was nice, comfortable beds. The breakfast was great and it's in a great location.

Very bad smell in the bathroom and lots of noise from cats and other guests at night.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, right in the town centre, but still very quiet and peaceful. Great rooftop Terrace. Breakfast was included and was delicious and they even offered us a container to take away what we couldn't ear, which became our lunch. It's an easy walk to the start of the Red and Rose Valley trails that we self walked. Quick 10min walk to sunrise Point to view the balloon take off. Our hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It had everything we needed.

Lighting in the bathroom was a little dim. That's the only very small criticism. Nothing critical.

Our stay at Medusa Cave Hotel was splendid. The location was perfect, it was very close to the center of Göreme and easy to reach. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged very quickly everything we needed like airport transfer, tours, etc. Breakfast was perfect, we especially thank to Yasmin who prepared the breakfast. Also the rooms were so authentic as expected.

There are things to be fixed, facilities can be better. There wasn't bedside table next to one side of the bed water was leaking under the shower cabin, there were no shelves in the wardrobe, the internet was problematic at times, etc. These are small things, but they can still make a vacation a little less than perfect.

It is a small, very welcoming hotel, the rooms are really comfortableand everywhere is a little outdoor Terrasse with a nice view. The hotel Crew are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really really turkish and very nice, especially çok teşekkürler to the breakfast Team - you do a great job- and there is always a big smile 😀. İ recommend this hotel 100%.

If you have problems with walking it will be difficult, because there are many Stairs to climb. The coffee is really a little thin, but turkish tea is perfect and there is Nescafé in the rooms.

The Medusa Hotel is well-located near the center of Göreme while away from the noisy downtown. Wifi is accessible at almost any corner of the property. The breakfast is ample and delicious, and the staff serving breakfast are amicable. You will always get a freshly prepared omelet each morning. The hotel reception can easily arrange airport transfers and offer better deals on hot air balloons and day trips. Highly recommended!

The bathroom does not have a stable and efficient ventilation system, often resulting in a foul smell from the drainage port. Hopefully, it can be solved soon.

We stayed here in December 2023 and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The place is quite spacious and luxurious, fully meeting the description in the listings. The cave rooms are large, well-equipped, and beautiful, offering all the amenities and furnishings listed, all of which are well-maintained. If you are in need of a private, spacious rooms close to the main town center, this is the place to go. The hotel helped us with shuttle booking, which was slightly overpriced, but it was convenient given the timings. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place. Plus: - Helpful services - Clean room - Water provided - Easy check-in and check-out - Comfortable linens and mattresses - Good space Minus: - Washroom needs more frequent deep cleaning

The location was quote good. But the staff seemed a bit distracted abd aloof. Also be warned that there are no elevators and you need to carry your bags on your own to your room.. and it could be even 2 or 3 stories for that matter... the hotel will not support you with this. But having said that the location is quite good and the view from the rooftop at night is very nice.

Rooms were a bit musty... and would say not fully worth the price paid. The hotel booked us with the Hot air balloon tour.. which had a few hickups. Therefore do not recommend booking the hot air ballon tour through the hotel.

The check in and check out is easy, all the staffs are wonderful and helpful. I was looking for cave room experience, so that what it was, excellent. The room itself is very clean and adequately furnished. Special mention on the breakfast, it was excellent, its not buffet, it's more like a family setup, super nice. The view for balloons is great, even though we enjoy it for one day only as the other day the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather conditions. The facilities have parking if you're driving like me and the hotel is very closed to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely we will be back. Love all the cats too.

Customer service and hosting was excellent, breakfast ladies prepared very tasty breakfast every morning with lots of love, property was clean, hygienic and representative of what we saw online in the photos. It's nearby (Walking distance) the main Goreme bazar which had good shopping and eating options. Washrooms were very clean. Ventilation can be improved however that's possibly because these are all cave hotels. Service overall was very good

Morning Balloon viewing wasn't possible easily due to location. It's not really a fancy hotel but that perhaps would be the case for most of the cave hotels in Cappadocia however quite comfortable, clean and well-maintained with great staff

The bed was really comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast spread was good. The staff was really friendly and helpful. And it's in a great central location in Goreme.

The breakfast was a set spread, we wanted fried eggs but the kitchen staff couldn't understand English so we couldn't communicate that. The wifi only connects when you're in the room - so we didn't have wifi when we were sitting outside or having breakfast. I would recommend this place for a short stay (1-2 nights), the cave is a bit "dusty" (not sure if this is the case for all b caves) which caused irritatation in my sinuses.
