There is no other place to stay!! I wanted a pool and a quiet vibe, but I also wanted a bar terrace vibe and the balloons in the am.. they have both ! We spent three nights in Cappadocia and would only ever come back here :) The best beds, service, location, hot air balloons literally outside my window and the most wonderful breakfast in the morning beside the rosemary and rose bushes …

Really interesting property built into the hillsides and fairy chimneys in Goreme. We had a very warm welcome and we were even served wine and beer upon arrival. Our room was not huge but comfortable and charming for what we needed. Breakfast was excellent, we did the farm breakfast option one morning.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but for the farm breakfast if you have mobility challenges, just know that it’s quite a descent via stone stairs then a short hike back up out of the valley. Also there were a lot of wasps who joined for farm breakfast so if you have a wasp allergy beware.

We had one of our best stays at Aza Cave Cappadocia. An experience that we”ll never forget. First of all, the location is the best. 5 minutes walking distance to the downtown Goreme. The hotel is so beautiful and staff are the nicest, kindest and the most helpful people. Cave rooms are very beautiful and cozy. The breakfast is one of the kind. But my favorite part was the free complimentary breakfast at the oraganic farm. They took us there by a tractor to where we had the most delicious traditional turkish breakfast. We had a dinner at Seten restaurant ( which is located in one of their sister hotels with 2 minutes walking distance). There is a also a bar with a view that you can enjoy. If you’re staying at this hotel make sure to wake up early in the morning to enjoy the great view of hot balloons. The pool is very beautiful but unfortunately it was cold during October. Make sure to take advantage of it if you’re traveling during Summer.

The hotel blew our minds, it's the service! They completely go above and beyond to make sure your Cappadocia visit is magical. A tip, book the hotel first then liaise with them over WhatsApp to organise all the activities, they'll help you book them all. Also, Aza is part of the Kelebek group which gives you access to a huge range of perks, including the free King's Valley breakfast experience, which was one of the best things I've ever done. Just wow!!

I wish I stayed longer. The Kelebek hammam wasn't that great, they rush you in and out, and leave you sweaty and uncomfortable at the end - I'd shop around for a more traditional hammam.

cave suite was too hot could not sleep at night when we asked for air conditioning they said the air-conditioning is not turned on  for the season we were very disappointed because we were really hot and uncomfortable and also there was a nail on the floor which ripped my husband socks, and also the entrance to the property was full of broken bricks that someone could a fall and they could’ve hurt their selves. It’s a new property, but it was not quite finished.

We loved our stay in Aza hotel! Our room was huge and very clean! The pool area is so beautiful and the pool is now heated so you can enjoy swimming even in winter! The staff is friendly and super helpful... Especially Oguz! He was so helpful and always with a smile in his face! He made our stay so special and stress- free as he seemed to always have an answer to our questions! Internet connection was quite stable during our stay, even for business calls. There is also a launch area with good internet connection where you can work, at the back of the reception .

Modern cave hotel and tasteful rooms. Very clean and comfortable. It’s located away from the main tourist hub and shops so it’s in a quieter part of town, but also only a few minutes walk to the town centre. I really enjoyed the wide variety of food at breakfast everyday. The staff was very helpful and always available. Very quick responses on WhatsApp. They helped me out with booking airport transfers and tours and sent me reminders as well. Their sister property Sultan Cave Suites is just down the road and it’s possible to watch the balloons from their terrace.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, booking a shuttle for us to and from the airport (€10 per person one way). They also answered a lot of questions that we had without hassle and there was always someone at reception to help us. The included breakfast was delicious with many many different options for vegan, vegetarian and different cuisine types. The gardens were also a lovely place to relax.

Slight fluctuations in shower temperature, but nothing that made it uncomfortable. The only thing I'd say would be to add reading lamps by the bed. Either the entire room lights were on, or there was nothing.

This is the best hotel you can stay in at Cappadocia. Not only are the rooms extremely clean the food is amazing, the pool is so clean and fresh and absolutely my favourite pool I’ve ever swam in. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The tours they offer from the hotel are the best I seen in Cappadocia and at such a great price. I am already missing this hotel and the pool!!!! It has such a great location to walk to the main town which we did everyday sometimes twice a day and a minute walk to other hotel/rooftops/restaurants.

The hospitality we received made our days easy and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of Cappadocia. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and warm, personalized service.
