This hotel has a warmth to it and makes you feel like you are entering a large home. I really appreciated the young man who carried my luggage all the way up to the top floor as there was no elevator. It is a short walk to a popular look-out spot and the location in general is great. The view is beautiful at night when everything is lit up.

I booked this hotel specifically because I thought the hot air balloons could be well seen from the terrace, however, I did not get any close up shots. The hot air balloons may have appeared closer when it was still dark out but once it was bright out, they could only be seen in the distance. Also, I was having trouble locking the door with the manual key on a few occasions.

The location is a winner. Just a minute walk to grocery shop, cafes, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious. The staff esp Muhammad Sultan was very attentive to our needs.

The facilities need serious attention. The toilet smells of sewage when water is running. In one of the rooms, my son got locked in the toilet and was unable to open the door. We had to get help from the reception. Imagine if you are all alone in the room and got locked in the bathroom. How would you get help?

Stone house literally in the center of Gerome town, the road to the hotel is flat and easily accessible. There are local shop selling groceries right next to the hotel. It is a lively night here and you can walk around the town safely and enjoy the view and there are too much to see, too many shops to go and restaurants are everywhere. Breakfast is fairly good and you can enjoy the hot air balloon view from the terrace. I love everything about the hotel, friendly owner Ahmet and staff i.e Beyza are tremendously helpful. We stayed in family room of 3 and we loved it so much. We will definitely stay here again whenever we plan to come to Cappadocia. Love the city and the people. Thank you.

Nothing. Though the hotel has old furniture but everything works. It even has mini fridge. So we can’t complaint.

Hotel has a great vibe as its built in an old house and in the middle of Göreme city. Terrace had nice view of the surrounding market. As soon as I booked the hotel I was contacted through WhatsApp which was good and was offered different packages for Ballon flight and other trips. Initially my view was that this is just additional sales being made. I booked Ballon flight and Green tour from the hotel and both activities were great experience and well planned.

We booked a family suite that had two connected rooms however only one had A/c and the other was without it. First night the air conditioning did not even worked in the first room. I complaint and next day it was fixed and both rooms were able to cool down. Dining menu is very basic and do not offer much choices. But as there are many restaurants around so one can go out and eat. I asked for iron in the room but that was not provided and I was told that iron is placed in a room and I have to go there do the iron. However iron was placed in a bathroom.

Very nice property with spacious room. We had top room with terrace giving amazing views of Goreme and Hot Air Balloons each morning. It was half cave half stone build room. There is no lift but we did not mind stairs but something to be aware of. Staff helped move our luggage. Very nice Turkish Breakfast spread in a restaurant with terrace giving nice views of Goreme.

Iron is not supplied in the room and there is only one iron on a stand setup inside a bathroom behind the reception. Looked like staff bathroom. You have to take your clothes there and do your best to iron without dropping onto floor. No facility there to hang clothes. My mistake I did not realise that small water bottles in fridge are not free and had to pay on check out.

Beautiful room. We had the family room and it was very spacious. It was central and you could walk around easily. We also were able to find parking out the front. We had an amazing view for the balloons in the morning. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices and some delicious home made berek’s. My husband loved the hot shower and water pressure. Reception was very helpful arranging our tour and helpful with anything we needed. Cannot fault it.

Nothing. Everything was great. We prepared our luggage beforehand and took a smaller bag as we knew there were no elevators but that is expected from a cave hotel.

The pre-arrival response - to my questions, and booking of tours and airport shuttle buses - was fast and efficient The hotel is well-located to restaurants and the shops They organised red and green tours for us - well worth the money Reception was friendly and helpful. This included recommending and booking restaurants for us I enjoyed eating break and two dinners in their dining room If you are early, you have a majestic view of the balloons (due to weather conditions, they don’t fly every day)

The hotel was amazing - nothing to complain about, and made our stay at Capaddocia perfect. - Hotel was super clean, staff were friendly and even arranged early check in for us. They helped us to book everything. - Hotel is in a central location where you can see the balloons very clearly. You won’t see them fly over you, however, there is a spot 10 min walk away where you can see the balloons very close.

Only recommendation is that we wished that the breakfast started a bit earlier so that you can enjoy breakfast whilst watching the balloons

The Hotel atmosphere is relaxing plants around, location is walking distance to town, my room is nice with sitting outside.

The people in reception is not coordinated in communicating with the tours timing and pick-up. Upon check-in they should inform us the time of pick up in tours, hot air balloon and airport pick-up, so not to get worried. The male and female reception, gave different pick-up time for the balloon tour, they were not coordinated. They should at least message us in case there are problems or delayed in timings, so that we will be informed. Unfortunately, I was the one doing the communicating, if not I will not be able to catch up with the transpo.
