Excellent location, helpful staff, nice room facing the street.

Choice and quality of breakfast products, lack of yogurt, bad bread. But you could always order eggs in any form.

The staff were amazing and were very quick to adapt to any of our needs. They also gave us a free upgrade and let us eat breakfast on the day of check in which was not included in the price or obligatory on their behalf.

This would've been a perfect review except for the fact that the hotel advocates for "Elite boat cruises" which we made the mistake of booking. This company served us horrible food - some of it even being mouldy and even still tried to ask for tips in the end. Unfortunately the hotel told us it was a great cruise which they themselves have attended and recommend although I can't believe this is true. The hotel was perfect but due to our experiences, after being encouraged to go on the boat cruise by acacia mansion, this has negatively impacted our view of the hotel.

All staff was so friendly, Rashad is very kind and helpful boy❤️ also Samih is attentive boy. It was fantastic stay, thank you guys ❤️

General speaking, our stay in this hotel was really good, the staff were great. Special mention to Özgür and Omar who always were there to give a great service, recommendations and open to any request we needed. It is extremely well located, near many tourist sights, very walkable and easy to take public transportation from there.

What we didn't like much is that it was a little bit noisy. Fortunately, they were so kind to moved us form our original room which was next to the street for a quieter one, but still at some point late night or early in the morning you could hear dragged tables and chairs from the restaurant located downstairs. If you are no too sensitive to noise, then it will be a perfect hotel to stay.

We spent 4 nights here and had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to all the major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The room was very clean and charming with everything you need: air conditioning, a really comfortable bed, nice shower with hot water, toiletries and a mini fridge with a variety of drinks for purchase. There is a restaurant downstairs that has some music playing, but they were very respectful and it wasn’t too loud. We had a front-facing room and during the week you could barely hear any noise (I am a light sleeper and didn’t have any problems) The breakfast was a good variety. You could even get an omelet freshly prepared. The best part of our experience was the staff! Omer and Banjamin were very friendly and helpful with advice on what to do in the city and where to eat. We even got tips for Cappadocia and were given free Turkish delight at check out which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Acacia Mansion was excellent, mainly because of the staff and the amazing service they provided: from tour, transportation and restaurant recommendations to always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They supplied water every time we needed it, they always checked to make sure we had everything we needed, they answered all of our questions and arranged transportation even via text message— and always with a smile! I almost forgot to mention that it’s in a very convenient location— close to everything, but still quiet. On our last day, we needed to leave early for the airport and they even opened the breakfast buffet earlier so we could eat before departing, which had a wide variety of options for everyone. All the reception staff were genuinely kind and super helpful. We even got a parting gift!!

Our room was a little small (family suite), but it wasn’t important since everything else was amazing. We are very grateful with each and everyone.

The hotel team was great. Big thanks to Ömer, whom we contacted the most: he was polite, helpful and if we had some small issues fixed them in no time. The others were welcoming and attentive too. The breakfasts were fine. The shower insulation did not leak water onto the bathroom floor, which is an issue I commonly face in most other hotels in a similar price range. The building carries some particular flair with its wooden exterior and interior elements. The location is wonderful.

The flip side of the location is that it can be a bit too noisy at night for those with sensitive sleep. There's a cafe nearby, but the volume level was very reasonable, so it didn't bother me. More noticeable were engines of the vehicles that passed under the windows at night including very late hours. And the seagulls seemed to be particularly loud in the area. But I won't blame the hotel for it: it was my choice to live in this busy area near the sea and sleep with an open window.

The hotel is really good; perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms; hotel provides water bottles, toiletries, hair dryer, slippers, safe, also iron if needed; there is decent breakfast, it’s possible to ask for eggs your way. Big shout out to receptionist Omer, who was nice and attentive; you can ask any question and he will do his best to help, giving tips, pointing into the right direction; hotel doesn’t have elevator so he helped us with our luggage; it was a pleasure to meet this hard working young man.

Very warm welcome, good service and very helpful staff. The location is perfect! The building is very clean and cozy. Breakfast is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful. I loved how the street looked it was full of lights and good vibes. The room we had was very quiet, clean and modern. The cleaning lady Sayara was so good at cleaning and was very nice and helpful. Everything is perfect and i will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. I will always choose this hotel next time I visit istanbul. Special thanks to Benjamin, Ömer and Sayara.

It was a great 8 days I spent at acacia hotel. Its location is perfect and all the staff are amazing. Millions of thanks to Omar for the help he offered. The most important in this hotel is the smile that I saw on everybody, Omar, Samon and Benjamin who always welcomed whenever I entered, and wishing me a great day whenever I go out. In addition , the restaurant guy who was there during the breakfast time, and the two other ladies, Thanks to everybody who made these 8 days unforgettable.
