- very good location - pretty big apartmant - clean - have everyting you need...

- too noisy - the walls are too thin and you hear everything from another apartment...water, talking, shower etc..

It was an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good. First impression was “wow, that’s incredible”. If you take a closer look you will see that some areas need a little bit of renovation, but overall for the money we paid it has exceeded our expectations. Plenty of storage space.

Stayed for 4 weeks. Everything was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and recently renovated. Both the washing machine and the dishwasher were new and very useful. Best of all was the location - it's a 5-minute walk to the Kadikoy-Karakoy-Eminonu ferry (Google Maps says 18 minutes, but it's wrong). There were hundreds of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk (great breakfast, lunch, and seafood restaurants within a 2-minute walk). And there were 5 grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Istanbul, for any price.

Everything was great. I had no complaints.

Locally to all amenities Staff are very kind and helpful Place is clean They provide with you liquid wash for dishes and soap to wash your clothes too and disposable slippers too Bakery and a Hamam just 2 mins walk from place I stayed more than 6x at the place and it is one of my favourite place to stay when I do my yearly Istanbul visit Every time I bring families and friends to discover this little gem You can also contact them via what’s app - good communication Thank you to the staff who allowed me and my friends to check in very early and respond to all our enquiries - we truly appreciate it I felt very safe there all the time as a solo female traveller whether I am alone , with families or with female friends Tips for traveller - £3.73 ( price at Dec 2024) - Get yourself on a Havabus ( Coach ) from either Istanbul or Sabiha Gokchen - it’s cheap and very convenient and once you are at Kadikoy station it’s only like a 5 mins walk to the apartment .

I found the Aircon didn’t work during my stay even though it is winter sometimes I feel hot but the radiator had good settings on for cold nights It would be great to have firmer pillows

Location is great. Asian part of Istanbul, therefore slightly cheaper with regards to accommodation and food. The suites are 10 minutes walk from the bust station and Havaist express to go back to Istanbul airport and the port to travel to the European part. Metro station is nearby as well but we used ferries because it is more scenic and slightly cheaper comparing to the metro. We also liked the cafes right at the embankment: great views, food and prices. You can have a great walk on their promenade area along the Marmara sea.

There are no views, you can see the building in front of you with people's apartments. :)) I must say it is the same in many parts of Istanbul and some other Turkish cities (Antalya for example). If you want to have a great view, it should be a very posh hotel, I guess.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is very good, close to transports and conveniently reachable from the airport (SAW). The neighborhood looked safe, didn't feel any danger. The reception was always available and check-in and check-out went very smooth. The staff was nice.

WiFi was fast but it was off a whole day during our 4 days stay. There was no safety box in the room. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to language.

Property is walking distance to the main square If you are travelling from the airport thé hava bus bring you directly to the otogar which is 5 mins walk to the apartment. I stayed at No14- I usually carry all my stuff but was impressed that ( bear in mind this is my 3rd stay here )they left us a clean sponge , soap and a kitchen towel too ( thank you ) The place itself is very clean and I like the love for vintage items in the lobby . It’s all a different style ♥️. ** There is a Hamam 1 min walk away from the appartment ** Love bakery opposite Hamam 1 min away selling fresh bread ** Lovely Restaurant around easily accessible 10 mins walk

In my apartment everything was good I had no issue but my sister stayed at No1 and the tap in the bathroom was broken and somehow the bathroom size there also is less spacious . In my apartment at night in the bedroom I could smell the cigarette from neighbours or above flat . This bothered me a bit as I was coughing a lot with it . If you are claustrophobic the lift for me is the scary part as it’s very small . But I manage and stayed there 3 times like I said .

Everything was great about the property. Staff was extremely friendly, they were always very helpful about anything we needed for us or for our kids. Location is fantastic, there is bakery next door where we picked fresh bread every morning, supermarket was also very close by. The whole staff helped us and specially our kids so much and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is also 5 mins walk to main ferry station and metro which made the daily commute very comfortable. We had an early morning flight and Mr. Emre helped us to arrange a taxi travel. Overall i can highly recommend the property.

Wifi disconnects automatically but generally it is not a big issue for us.

A value for money place.It was very clean the service was nice as well the star of the show was the location.Close to the centre and to all the transportation.I would definitely visit again.The only thing that i would add is that it needs a little bit of maintenance to the rooms in a couple of things,but nothing that affected our stay.If they do that as well it will be totally amazing

I would like to have a plug close to the bed or to the sofa in order to put my phone to charge while I'm chilling.
