Hasan is friendly and helpful, fluent in both English and French. The other employees were helpful even though they spoke less English.
The neighborhood outside is loud at night.

They didn’t say me about starting and ending breakfast and I missed it. I felt smell of cigarettes in my room!(((

Location Was fine. Close to metro station and bus transport.
Hotel Was under renovation due to this upper floor was difficult to reach. Breakfast was not available as restaurant was closed due to renovation and breakfast was arranged at another hotel. Furniture in the deluxe room was quite week/lose Electric cattle was so dirty that may be did not wash for days. Tea was not available in the room.

I didn’t taste the breakfast because I had to leave very early in the morning
Noisy street, door hinches neet to be fixed or lubricated, and cleaning little bit more to be improved

The shower was ok ... once the water had returned after not working for a couple of hours
A prostitute often around the front door of the hotel was amusing with her 1 word conversation of "Sex." A horrible and cold breakfast with no heat to keep it warm in a different hotel you had to walk down the street to. Another classic booking.com miss-sell. Not a good experience at all

Not a touristy location, small rooms, not very clean, AC is dummy, bathrooms are bad and mostly broken sinks & showers,
