Very well located. You can reach many things by walking distance. Great hotel staff, specially Emrullah. He was very helpful with city tips.

There was a lot of noise, a problem with the water pipes and the staff tried to enter the room 3 or 4 times while we were there.

The room was very big and very clean. The cleaners change the sheets everyday and clean the room everyday. The staff was nice especially the restaurant staff. The restaurant manager, who was a Russian girl, had a very welcoming face. Zenep, the waiter at the restaurant was so nice. She served us tea every morning without asking her because she knew that we drink tea at breakfast from the first two days. All in all, it was a great stay at this hotel.

We asked the staff to bring us another box of tissues because it had finished but they brought us toilet paper. we also asked an ironing table but they said we will give you but never did. Also, they give only 2 bottles of water per day!

Gorgeous hotel - very instagram worthy. Perfect location near to shopping and food. Nice spa. Great breakfast spread. Top notch service staff, especially the breakfast crew Oguzcan.

Not hotel’s fault but steep slopes to get to the tram to get to Sultanahmet. However, getting a taxi just by the hotel entrance is super easy.

It is on the best location hardly few steps away from Istiklal street with Tamsin square is just one minute walk. Hotel staff is fantastic and specially Velri a Russian girl who is in Guest relation is wonderful She tries to make everything possible for when it comes to Breakfast options She is very welcoming all the time for any kind of your requirements related to breakfast or related to your stay. There is an other fantastic fellow Rasul an Uzbek guy is also very helpful in all the time. He is affluent enough in English Over all experience is ver good

I loved staying at AKKA Lush. The best decision I took was to stay here. Cleanliness of the hotel is to the max. I loved my room. Very spacious, full of amenities and exceptionally clean. There is proper ventilation. Hotel smells so amazing. You feel so good by entering there. Everyone welcomes with such open heart. The staff at hotel is exceptional. Supervisor Melih is very nice and helpful. He and his colleagues arranged all the tours for me. Tours were very safe. I went in not knowing what I I will do but they sorted out for me. He was very friendly and super accommodating. Ibrahim and Yildimir at the hotel are also very helping and friendly. I could blindly trust all of them. They arranged whatever I asked for. Breakfast in the morning is also very good. Very good selection and very accommodating. Staff was amazing specially Zenyup and Egemen. They will do anything and any for you. There is a spa in the hotel which is heaven. So clean, nice, relaxing and beautiful. Staff Ahmed and Ayesha are exceptionally good and kind. The best.

I liked everything about the property. No complaints.

The location was close to Taksi and istiklal street which was really convenient. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel had 2 elevators, a big one and one that’s very small, the big elevator was out of service for a couple of days making it really hard to go up and down as the small elevator could not handle the capacity of the hotel.

Great location and ever so helpful staff. I had issues with lost luggage and they made calls to sort it out. Would definitely stay there again.

A lot of stairs, so accessibility may be difficult for those less able bodied. Lot of steps just to get inside the hotel and also another flight of steps to get to breakfast hall on the terrace.

The location is great basically Taksim was 3 minutes away. The hotel was very clean and the staff are also amazing.

The only thing that wasn’t good is the breakfast. I would suggest the hotel to work with the bakery in the street as it has amazing Simit as it should be and not simit or Burkek that taste like the ones you can get on taksim square old and hard
