I’ve been traveling for months and this was my last stay before heading home to Australia. By far this was the best experience of my trip. This hotel was excellent and I would stay here again. What I loved: - the staff were amazing, the guys that ran the hotel and the cleaners, friendly and helpful. - great location near the top of Ishtikal St and Taksim Square. - the apartment was clean and everything worked. Instant hot water, strong wifi, and a clean air conditioner. - I was given an upgrade to a larger room and I was so appreciate of that and I was able to work on my laptop without feeling crowded. - there’s a large fridge, so much better than a little bar fridge. - laundry / dry cleaner next door. - excellent vegan / vegetarian restaurants right near by (use HappyCow app).

Location, I do not think you can get anything better than this. it’s almost in Istiklal caddesi I main shopping street in Taksim area with lots of restaurants and bar. Apartments while not luxurious are functional and clean. The bathroom is modern and clean, with a very good shower. Plenty of space in the one bedroom apartment with a nice desk for having meals or for work. my apartment had also a balcony which is very good addition. I did not use the kitchen but it looked ok and with all you need. Special mention to the staff. Mr Dogu, hotel manager, did everything he could and even more to make my stay perfect. I had a personal problem to handle and he managed to help him to solve it. I could have not make it without his help. Amazing! never found this attitude and willingness to help even in 5 star hotels. Now this hotel is my preferred stay in Istanbul and I definitely will return here. highly suggested, exceptional value for money.

We were group of 3 people at 3rd floor. Apartment is spacious and even can handle four people. Stuff is nice and supportive. Location is awesome, at heart of istklal Street. Available with 24/7 receptionist. The place is clean and quite. Ac and heater working fabulously. Bathroom ready with towels, foot towel, shampoo and shower gel.

Bed is too soft for my bad back. If your back is healthy then there is no dislikes. It would be 10/10 review.

Everything was perfect apart from the fact that ac wasn't working in our apart. But central cooling was on but during the day, it used to get hot and we really needed ac for that.

Wifi should be provided for free, but with full range, if free and very poor it is not worth then been provided

The daily house cleaning. The location just one street behind Isteklal Street and noiseless environment which is not less then blessing in such happening place for calm midnight sleep where there are so many pubs and night clubs around the Isteklal. Mr. Cuneyt Dogu, the hotel manager is a very nice man having past rich tourism experience which is added advantage for any foreign travellers for seeking guidance. On short notice he arranged Bursa trip, Night Cruise trip and Airport drop off with discounted prices. As our flight time changed (4 hours earlier) at last moment Mr. Dogu was very kind to reschedule out pick up time with the taxi company and helped us to reach the Airport to catch flight in time. Great place to stay with family!!!

I like everything about the hotel. The room was spacious in comparison to other Taksim hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful, we arrived 4 hours before check in time and they allowed us to have the room. Because of its location , you are close to Taksim road but you can’t heat the noises. I loved it!

The staff are very helpful and nice. The room is not the fanciest you can imagine, but it's clean and comfortable, and certainly exceeds what you can expect from this price range. Tip: In the confirmation email you get from them you can find geographical coordinates in addition to the postal address. It's more reliable to use the coordinates, as your GPS application may have difficulty working with the postal address.

i liked everything in this hotel. We stayed there for 5 days in the bedroom apartment . The hotel is very clean, they were cleaning our room everyday, the apartment is very spacious and comfy. The bathroom is very clean and new. Location in Istiklal street, around 1 min walking to Taksim square and safe at night. The Manager of the Hotel Junaid and his colleague are very welcoming and helpful. I totally recommend this hotel :)

The staff were so friendly, especially the manager!! Any issues we had, he would be so quick to resolve them. Our AC wasn’t working so he had that fixed for us. We truly felt at home! The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk from Tamsin Square, 5 mins from the train and bus! Food places were everything!! It was a perfect location.

Wi-Fi has a bit on and off! The connection wasn’t the best so I had to stick to my mobile data.
