The swimming pool Timings were from 12 rather than in the morning Which is not very favourable as we Like swimming in morning before our travel to tourist area The breakfast options are too Turkish which gets difficult when you are travelling with kids So more continental and English breakfast options can be added

Excellent location. The main attractions are a 20 minute walk away, and the hotel is a stone throw's away from T1 tram that is connected to all the main attractions. So if you are not in the mood to walk, you can take the tram. The sauna and massage facilities are great as well, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Fabulous staff, very comfortable bed, best air conditioning I have had in Turkiye, beautiful pool, cosy restaurant. The area is safe and well lit so you can walk around even after dark, and it’s really close to the tram stop. We walked easily to all the main attractions in the old town, and enjoyed the bustling street on the way as a bonus. I will definitely stay here again!

The spa reception lady was the only staff that we found a bit unwelcoming. There were no spare lockers for our clothes and she wasn’t helpful about it. Overall though the stay was fantastic so it was a very small thing. I would have liked more choice of fresh fruit for breakfast, but otherwise there was a great choice.

The beds were so tiny you could barely turn your body and the smallest bathroom shower I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m not a big person and taking a shower was not great.

Nothing or it can be say the Name of The Hotel is the ONLY thing the we like it.

Staffs (specially Ameer) He say something and He promises but he will do another thing. 2- Location ( far from a METRO station) and in very crowded place there are many Traffic around the Hotel. 3- Food ( Bad Quality of Breakfast Meal) and very Small Resturant you can not easily find a comfortable place to sit. 4- Room( Very Small) and not so clean 5- floor ( crowded) and Noisy 6- Internet ( poor connection with allot-off interruptions. 7- Service and Facilities ( like two Starts ) 8- Over All i will not prefer for the next time

Very nice place close to shopping malls and very quite place to stay

The fact the hotel does not allow visitors to be delivered their shopping bags at the Hotel. This is the ares they should work on because they receive different visitors others are business personnel which can not move along with the shopping bags when doing shopping.

The reception, porter and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The manager was very inquisitive - he was asking why people were travelling to x,y,z. His pomposity was annoying - he purported to have contacts with presidents, prime ministers and ambassadors! The younger staff seemed afraid of him.

The manager was very accommodating and opened the breakfast buffet for me earlier than usual as I had a 7:30 am ferry to catch.

The room was very small and not as nice as I had expected after seeing the pictures online. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside/other guests, so I didn’t get a full night’s sleep.

I stayed for two nights, when arrived 02:00 Am I found the receptionist waiting for me, check-in was very quick. Break fast was very good. Although the room was too small, it was clean. The Location was excellent, since it was near the Grand bazar, also in walking distance from Ajia Sofiya Mosque, and blue mosque. There are few good restaurants nearby. I recommend for short stay in Istanbul.

Room size was small. The cafe in the Lobby was close. There was no Gym in the hotel.
