Hotel is really good. Just reopened. Everything is brand new and super clean. People who work there are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is super delicious and various. Location is good. It's close to metro station, shops, restaurants and you can get everywhere from there. Rooms are just like on photos. All recommendations for this hotel. Hotel was clean. Room was small. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was attentive. Location is good, but overcrowded and noisy.

The hotel is situated close to the subway station which is very covenient. Very clean rooms, towels were changed regularly. Breakfast was nice. Despite the fact that our windows were overlooking the street and there was a bar, it was comfortable to sleep, can't complain about the sounds. There was live guitar music in the afternoon in the lobby.

Our room was quite small. One of the bathroom's walls was closed with wooden blinds and you can easily see what the other does there. The elevator fits only two people and is often busy.

The location was exceptionally convenient, just around the corner from T1 tram and buses, short walk downhill to the Yenikapi metro and also a short walk from Havaist airport bus station in Aksaray, making it really easy to transfer and explore the surroundings. The staff provided good service. We thought the food was well prepared and diverse enough for a hotel of this size and price range and the room was very clean and well equiped. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a central location to explore the city on public transport or by foot without breaking the wallet and sacrificing basic comfort.

The only downside was noise from the bar across the street, loud music until late at night. We still slept very well but we recommend you have a pair of earpluggs ready if you're a light sleeper. Additionally, while the room size didn't bother us, as it is very well organized despite being small, we can see how some guests might find it a bit dificult to navigate if they're carrying more than two suitcases. Still, overall experience was very, very positive.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the center, metro, train and trams. The staff is nice and communicative, they solved minor requests immediately. The breakfast buffet tables were at a sufficient level. For example, we lacked the option of choosing from the egg menu (there was no scrambled eggs or ham and eggs) Our room was newly renovated and clean. They changed our towels unnecessarily every day! Please protect the environment and change towels only if the visitor leaves them on the ground.

Very nice, impressed with the hotel, its very modern and new. On arrival, hotel staff came out and took our luggage so they can take it to our room. Check in was relatively easy, Murat - was very clear about details etc. Had a family room on the 7th floor - first look, spacious enough for 3 people with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Floor was quiet and although I had read that there was alot noise from pub / restaurants outside, we didnt hear a thing up on the 7th floor. Room was cleaned daily and everything was topped up ie in bathroom, towels etc. Breakfasts were really good, large selection of food and drink and kitchen staff always had a smile on their face. Hotel staff were always nice, happy to help with questions i might of had or even letting us know that our tour bus / food delivery was here! I would definitely recommend staying here.. its nice. It feels very safe. Shops infront of hotel, pharmacy just down the road, once you come out of the hotel block with takes about 20-30 secs, you go onto very busy road with lots of restaurants, shops etc which are open until late - great buzz around these areas.

Very few things actually, even though i was impressed with cleaning, the floor of the room i was didnt feel clean. Felt dusty or as if alot of people have walked in and out the room - with the cleaning that is done daily, i would make sure it is mopped daily too, especially as people use the floor to pray so clean floor would be appreciated. One of the shower heads came off the wall as i was showering which was scary, but easily fixable.

Exceptionally clean - housekeeping was great with thoroughness of cleaning and replenishing amenities and towels. Stunning, peaceful hotel with attentive and very helpful staff. Hotel is situated in a great location, accessable to attractions, transport and shops in the area, all within walking distance. Breakfast was great quality & fresh with variety. Highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone.

Make the room with the triple beds bigger.

Location is very good. It is walking distance to many touristic atractions and near to the public transport and well connected with the rest of the city. Towels are changed daily and everything is kept very tidy. Breakfast was really good.

Walls are thin so you can always hear people walking through hotel, but it is not anoying. The last night of our stay there were a familly with kids. They were crying and screaming in their rooms and all around the corridors. I love kids but this was too much. I would expect from staff to change them rooms and give them others a little bit further from the rest of booked rooms since it was inconvinient for guests on 2nd and 3rd floor. There was some of us awake at 4AM trying get help from reception. Staff were nice but not capable to fix situation.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel location is placed at the hearth of Fatih district and has access to al kind of public transportation. The room was recently furnished and equipped with everything you need (AC, safe, tea and coffee pot, nice TV, large and modern bathroom, all kinds of consumables - free of charge). In my opinion, the prices for this hotel are reasonable.

The room a bit small (no space for storage). Also, the breakfast menu was pretty mediocre and poorly diversified.
