The stuff and especially the one who made the breakfast

The hotel is in a wonderful location with many options for public transport to get litteraly everywhere, small but complete supermarkets, nice park, Personal was very helpful and answered promptly all my requests. The building is not new but in a very good condition, decorated with beautiful paintings and even has an elevator. Breakfast is not much splendid but enough for the start of the day.

There was no place to hook a towel in the bathroom. And it was extremely warm in the room in January up to +26C when outside up to +17C - could stay without heating and save energy to mitigate climate change

This is a “must stay” if you want local flavor with a modern room! LOCAL FLAVOR: Arach is one-half block down from the main road so it is extremely quiet and situated among small local cafes and even a few barber shops. And just walk up the the main road, turn right and it is only ten minutes maximum to Taksim Square (which happens to be where Havabus airport bus drops off and picks up). SERVICE: I interacted with 3-4 young men on duty during my three-day stay, all treated me like a guest in their home, ensuring I was satisfied with the room, arranging breakfast and so on. PROPERTY: Arach seems like an old building that has been restored but maintains its original charm, especially exterior and lobby. The room was simple yet stylish (think “W Hotel” look but of course at a value version) and everything worked - lights, AC, hot water, etc. I would love to return and if so, I might try for a street-facing room, which I believe have small balconies. I even met the owner and property manager - both were extremely service-oriented and their pride in the property and staff was obvious.

At first it appeared like a little hotel in a little street, but the place is very comfortable. Room was good and clean with no issues. The staff if super friendly and trying their best to impress you. The front desk ordered some kebabs for me and it was yum! Located at walking distance to most tourist places and very convenient yet not crowded

A real family hotel, we were early visitors, we were accepted without additional payment, we left 4 hours after checkout, also no extra charges. The staff is very friendly, they call taxis to the airport at normal prices, very reliable.

I can recommend more varied breakfast.

I can't stop saying enough great things about this hotel. Extremely friendly and attentive staff to begin with, but you will first and foremost notice how clean and well maintained it is. It went through a remodel three years ago according to the owner, but it feels like it was just done yesterday. Super Clean. Super Safe. Super Quiet! Will definitely be back. Slept like a rockstar.

Friendly and helpful staff that are ready to accommodate your needs, convenient location as it is in the proximity of many places restaurants and shops, close to public transportation network, reasonable hotel rates, offering free tea and nescafe during the day is a good gesture.

Separate restaurant may be a good addition to the hotel, breakfast may be enhanced further...
