That was a great stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. They were very helpful fır everything. Breakfast variety was too much. There were all kinds of products. Rooms were so clean and luxury. They helped with our every request. Serdar, Anil, Derya, Celal, Ercan, the whole restaurant team and the whole hk team were excellent. The hotel is in a very central location, very close to taksim, shopping centers. I will definitely choose the Bentley Hotel in our next visit

Whether it was recommending hidden gems in the city, arranging transportation, or suggesting the best local eateries, Umit’s guidance elevated our trip to a whole new level. He even took the time to map out personalized itineraries based on our interests, ensuring we made the most of our time in the city. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. Zoha’s attentiveness and cheerful demeanor added to the overall comfort, making our time at the hotel even more memorable. Everything was likeable there

The rooms are spacious and have modern design elements. Everything was clean and there were ample amenities such as lotions, shower gels and they even gave organic shampoo and lotion for my daughter. The staff was excellent. Welcoming and quick to respond to all our queries. Specially Ms. Zoha (SHE SHOULD BE PROMOTED) because of her communication and guidance on the food and nearby areas. I gave 9 out of 10 because the mini bar was not cooling and upon complaining, it still wasn't fixed. Not a big issue but something to fix. The location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walk to the nisintasi city mall and Hafiz Mustafa, and Tesvikey street is 10-12 minutes walk away where most of the restaurants and shops are present. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

It was at a convenient location, located within walking distance of Istanbul Congress Centre. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also quiet at night. Lastly, the hotel staff were very helpful. They extended help graciously whenever I had questions, especially the gentleman on shift at the concierge on the nights of my stay. I really appreciated it.

Although I had threw my towels into the bathtub, they were not replaced daily as promised. One of the days, room service was missed although I had indicated that I wanted it. However, these points were acted on promptly after feedback and they are small points compared to the other good aspects of my stay.

The environment is super friendly and super amazing. We were very pleased to find someone like Hilal she was so proffesional and especially after findinh someone who can speak various languages especially arabic since we are lebanese and this actually ease things for foreign customers especially arabs, in addition to her hwlp to my wife to help her in things outside from the hotel and made her feel super comfortable. Forcan was very welcoming at night and his assistant I forgot his name but we felt like home once we stepped into the hote because of these two! Umit was very helpful in supportinh us in plenty of things. Zoha was such a friendly person in guiding us in the hotel and we are actually because of Hilal, Umit, Forcan, and Zoha decided to book another night! Thank you for such a friendly team! We hope to always see them!

Well. It's really a nice, clean, freshly renovated and comfy hotel. But the cherry on top was the stuff. They had a problem between them and booking.com so they couldn't see our booking and all standard rooms were sold out by the time we arrived. They upgraded our room category for free and eventually we spent our working days in a family suite which is got two rooms and a kitchen included. That was really top notch. Thank you so much guys

Food is quite bad for the 5-star hotel. I mean, it's common in Istanbul - finding good food there is really a pain. However, I expected a lot more from this level hotel.

I was greeted with welcome and love by all staff from reception including Ercan, Asnni and Halil as well as Furcan and his associate. Umir was also helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were amazing and always assisted with a smile. I will miss the awesome fried eggs and omelette as well as the mixed vegetables medley. Guest relations manager Zoha and her assistant made me feel welcome and so this review is especially done for all staff at Bentley Hotel.

The biggest downer is the location. It’s perfectly placed as Taskim Square is only a 15-20 minute walk. The council should make the area more presentable as the hotel is brand new yet placed next to and opposite derelict buildings.

During our stay, we had the pleasure of encountering staff members who truly made our visit memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The valet service, led by Meltin, was executed with both politeness and professionalism, making our comings and goings from the hotel seamless and stress-free. Pantea was an invaluable resource; her guidance helped us navigate the city with ease, enriching our exploration and experience. Furthermore, she was diligent in conveying our feedback to her manager, ensuring that our voices were heard. This level of care and attention from the hotel staff significantly enhanced our visit, making it an experience we'll cherish and recommend highly.

Zoha, Hilal, Umut, Yunus, Hilmi the staff I interacted with were so so amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The highlight of my visit was definitely the spa treatment—simply incredible! It was the perfect way to unwind and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The ambiance, the skilled therapists, and the attention to detail all made it an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location is another major plus. It’s perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Whether you're looking to relax or venture out, everything you need is just a short distance away.

Absolutely nothing

The staff is very good and supportive and speak English quite well so communication was easy. Very helpful and enthusiastic. Rooms were clean with a modern touch and food was good. Location is phenomenal. Major shopping streets are just a short walk away. Plenty of amenities around the hotel.

The largest room is a little tight if you have a baby with you as a large part of the room area was the balcony but the view was great. Good for group of adults. Common areas could use a some ventilation.
