I came for the second time to this hotel. The staff is very kind and the location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the tram station and close to the Yenicapi metro station. Basically, you can easily walk anywhere to explore the city. Bonus, a baklava shop next to the hotel. The food was delicious, especially the cheese and cucumbers. Bread also very fresh and delicious. Don't forget the bee honey from the pine & turkish cay. Towels were changed daily. The bed is very comfortable. Every day we have water in the room. We had a late check-in and the hotel staff kindly waited for us. Thank you and we can't wait to come back!

The hotel is very clean compared to the other ones. The staff personals Yusuf & Amar were very nice with us, they were always smiling, they helped us several times and even gave us Istanbul card to use during our visit. If you're a dog lovers then you gonna definitely adore Mia and Bulot The internet fonctions very good. The breakfast was also good, you can find a variety of salty and sweet things to eat, they also provide hot and cold drinks. The location of the hotel is so strategic, it's near to all ways of transportation, metro, tramway and bus.. also the neighborhood is safe even during night. There is an elevator at the hotel and it works all the time. I'll definitely book this hotel another time once I'll go back to Istanbul

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean. Facilities were fine and for the price I think they are providing a very good service. I would certainly consider booking there again.

Excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was little bit small, but that didn't matter as we spend very little time there. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was acceptable, nothing fancy. Fresh vegetables, boiled/fried eggs, bread, cheese, tea, etc. Location is great, 2 min walk from metro station. A lot of small shops/pharmacies around. The area looks little bit dangerous, I would suggest not to go out after 22:00-23:00.

A new shower holder should be fitted, as the current one was loose and didn't hold the shower head well.

Small Rooms Bathroom with broken things(the power socket was pulled out of the wall) The double bed is actually made up of 2 single beds in some rooms.

The hotel was perfect 😍👌 It is placed in Aksaray, near tram and metri station so is easier to travel. We had free wifi in the room and a little fridge good to use when is hot outside. 👌 The stuff is very friendly and we will come back to this hotel next time 😍. Thank you!!! 😍👏

Everithing was great. The only little minus was the same food every day at the breakfast. But the food was good 👌👏.

Location is perfect, you are very close to everithing! You have restaurants, kebab, kfc, all very close! The room is big enough for a couple! Breakfast is ok! For the price that we payed is more that I expected! I saw the comments before I book and I was afraid- to all the people that are finding bad things to say about this hotel please look at the price first, i payed 70-80$ per 2 nights! If you want more than a room to sleep find a 100$ per night hotel!

Parking is very hard to find like in all istambul! You have payed parking close even underground parking but is kind expensive 10-15$ per day! The guy from the hotel teached me to come in the night(after 21.00) and you find many places to park on the hotel street(in the day is very bussy street)

Location, hospitality, good value for money. They cleaned the room every day. They found us cheap airport transfer. Ali in all, we were verry satisfied

Breakfast should be better. I know this was a good value for money and i didnt expected anything special. But i was in 7-8 different hotels in Istanbul and i am talking about few essentials- milk with cereals (there was not on the first day), butter or margarine with the jam, keepeng scrambled eggs and hot dogs warm....But this is easily to correct, and everything else was great

The hotel reception was very kind person especially the person that working at the morning shift with mia (the dog), the breakfast is limited type but still good, the rooms are good size but not so big, the best thing about this hotel is that it has asansor, and the hotel helped us to putting our bag 5 hours before check in , thank you, very near to metro.

Limited types of breakfast foods, the ladies that work in the kitchen need to try to don’t touch Mia (pet dog) during working in the kitchen, not has a good view, size of the rooms are need to be little bigger.

The bed was ok, and we had warm water, an it was clean. The drink waters that was provided was welcomed. It was great that they clean dayliy. Good elivator and reception personal caretakeing.

The rooms were small, and theire was no lobby. At breackfast the coffe was very bad, 3&1. coffe ness, no real coffe. They should improve the variatiey of food at breakfast.
