Location is pretty good,not far away from historical area and very centre. Excellent transport connections(bus, metro and tram just a few minutes away) for all important spots. Helpful and friendly staff. Room is spacious as well as bathroom. Double bed and pillows were little bit soft for me but OK generally.

Like most hotels in Turkey this hotel is overrated. It has capacity for 4* but Its more like 3 or 3+*. Also rating 9+ on Bookings is not realistic for me. Breakfast refers more to 2* hotel. It was same (pretty small) choice every day. Hot dish been is often empty. You can ask in kitchen to make you omlet or something but it takes a while. Soundproof isolation is really bad. Room was really ok but needs more than 2 hangers,1 chair and 2 paper glasses(you can take real one from kitchen). Hygiene in room is acceptable but we have one problem which was not related to staff: other gests from rooms above were throwing cigarettes plastic bottles, rest of the foods etc on our terrace. I really hope that is an isolated case but it was very weird for us. Lightning is kind a weak.

Localization is awesome, people working at the hotel are really helpful and kind, rooms are easy to get in to and it's a really nice looking hotel! For the price I would and probably will go back here :)

Localization has its downside, it's next to a night club and sleeping for me was hard without earplugs. The room had some issues, lighting was gloomy and dark, the small fridge for some reason didn't work (we didn't need to use, but FYI), air conditioning was really wanky - sometimes it starts to heat the room even if it was set to low temperature, I couldn't figure out how it was supposed to work, for a week I've woken up full of sweat, and I couldn't open the window for night because the club was playing music until 2-3 AM. Breakfasts are okay, but they never change, everyday it's a set of small choice and it never changes, except for some rare occasions they swap one thing.

Nice, cozy, spacious suite, with two bedrooms and two baths, kitchen, dining room, etc. Do note that ours was at garden level, but the windows looked out onto a nice central courtyard. My wife liked this, though, as it meant the place was very quiet. Good tasty breakfast, staff very nice. The hotel is just a few blocks from the main tram line down to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia, so very easy to get around. Very reasonable price for such a big place!

The main bathroom is a bit cramped, but you could always use the other bigger bathroom. The fan is noisy, and the neighboring fan even more so, but it wasn't used much. Still a little smell of tobacco from earlier days when it was probably a smoking room. TV has no internet connection, so don't plan on watching anything but Turkish television.

The brothers working there at the reception breakfast bar and the helper all decent people with a great smile. The breakfast bar was always topped up ensuring food was available throughout the breakfast time.

The King suite although well roomy for a family offering a decent sized lounge and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was located on the lower floor. Although there were windows and fresh air from the garden area it was just a little dark as much sunlight wouldn't get to it because of its surroundings by large buildings.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was decent and overall the place was really clean, I felt very safe and secure, the attractions are only a 10 minute tram ride away.

My three year old needs certain food and drinks kept cold, despite us having three rooms none of them had fridges that worked. The staff however were kind enough to let us use their fridge, which was still inconvenient.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, filled with bars, restaurants, grocery shops and other shops of any kind! The area is quite busy especially at night, but even if it looks too busy it is nice. The hotel is not that big but it has all you need in my opinion, the room was of a decent size and we also had a small terrace although we never used. The bed was very comfortable, tea/coffee was also provided in our room. They also have a luggage room with a scale to use for free! The breakfast was also very delicious and good enough to keep us full for the day ahead, this mainly consisted of yoghurts, bread, ham, cheese, chips and different hot items everyday. Last but not least, the staff. They are super friendly and helpful, I would recommend this hotel as it offers very affordable prices and a good service, for my next time to Istanbul I would definitely consider this hotel. Great food at breakfast, great location 5 minute walking distance to metro tram and bus stations, great toilette and ultra clean, room was big with enough space, great staff.

Only thing that I can mention that I did not fully like is the bed. Don't get me wrong, the bed is not that bad, it is pretty squicky and makes a lot of sounds when you move on it. Other than that, everything else was just great.

The hotel has very good location to visit Istambul, close to old city, also tram, metro and Marmaris line stations are closeby. The mattress is firm and good for sleep. Overall, the room was clean (but the corridor is awful).

There is a nightclub in front of the hotel, so sometimes there was noice and shouts in the street at night. The area around the hotel looks poor. The room and bathroom are extremely tiny. Breakfast was the same all days with no variety of food.

Very nice, clean, beautiful hotel located at convenient location. Tram, Metro and Marmaray are easily accessible. Lots of options to eat and shop around. The staff was kind and cooperative. Breakfast was very good. The hotel has lift also which was clean and quick. Overall real value for your money

-1 for Room Size which was very small, although toilet size was ok. I stayed in standard double room which is supposed to be for two persons. But two persons with their luggage cannot stay in such small size room. That was the only negative point I noticed.

We stayed at the Deluxe double room, it had a lot of space. The best surprise was the cleanliness of the hotel! every day the room was in perfect condition! The breakfast was simple but they staff was always replenishing it and the products were fresh. We were in the fifth floor so the noise from the neighborhood did not reach us and the windows were of good quality that blocked most of the sound The location is 5 minutes’ walk from Tram and 2 Metro stations so you can reach it very easily. You can be really fast on all the main tourist locations. (5 minutes by tram that it passes every 3 minutes)

Nothing that I wouldn't like about the hotel. It is in a working-class neighborhood mixed with economical refugees, its not a fancy glamorous area but as a couple we never had an issue.
