Location was good, near to shops, café, stores. Sandra at the reception is one of the greatest office managers. Always happy and helpful.

Too expensive. Understand that Istanbul prices are high but the apartments are old and did not have some minimum things included, such as salt, pepper, other things that it should come with the place. Too little dishes in the kitchen to manage. Bathrooms are not made friendly for elderly at all and even entrances. Pictures are not living up to the reality, like pool is not very very little.

I love everything! We stayed for 7 nights and it is our home away from home (in luxury!). The rooms are modern, clean and exactly what was on the photo. The staff Sayed (not sure of spelling) was very helpful on our stay, he went above and beyond. One time, he lent us the card for the trains so all we have to do us top it up. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to Florya station which can take you to Sultahnahmet/Taksim/Blue mosque/bagdhat street with one transfer. It is a peaceful neighborhood and gives you a bit if local experience as this is away from the centre. If you want a comfortable stay, being able to cook home-cooked meals and loves staycation, this is the place to be.

Not an issue for us but for those who have big luggages, the property has no lifts. We are on the third floor (luxury three bedroom), so just be careful with going /coming up with heavy luggage.

All the young ladies at the reception were super friendly and nice specially Miss shirin , very professional and helpful and makes you feel home , I also liked the location with all the restaurants , supermarkets and shops around, The apartment very modern & clean with all the facilities provided , Big size smart tv with Netflix and Youtube was a big addition too , I will definitely come back, Thank you all .

not the hotel mistake but the previous guest was smoking , I didn’t like the smell inside the apartment specially in the bedroom.

The hotel is in a very nice area, it is very close to shops, bakeries, caffees, and restaurants. The girl on the reception was very attentive, a good English speaker. The apartment was beautifully decorated with everything needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and pillows, great sheets. We were staying in İstanbul in August, during several very hot days, so the pool was a wonderful opportunity to relax after a long day outside. Car parking lot is a great plus! One train stop away from AquaFloriya mall with the best Aquarium in İstanbul.

The drainage in the bathtub was not good, however the bathroom is lovely. Just for informational, this is not against the hotel, it is located 15 mins walking distance to the Marmaray train station. I think the staff needs to take extra care for the cleanings of the outside parts of the hotel, pathways, and yard.

We were a group of 10 people (families with small kids) who stayed in two different apartments at Baymari Suites for a week. We were all very pleased with our stay. The apartments were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Comfortable beds, AC in all rooms and good wifi. Most of all we were very happy with the excellent service from ms Sandra in the reception. She was always very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs and made us feel well taken cared of. The area is nice with many restaurants, cafés, shops, banks etc. There is a big park close by and maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the sea. We didn't feel the need to go into central Istanbul since we had been there before and our trip was mainly about spending time with family. I would highly recommend Baymari Suites to anyone in the same situation.

I would advice to pay cash in this facility. After paying one of our rooms with card, we discovered the exchange rates provided by the facility's bank service was really bad and we lost some money on it (not Baymari Suites fault, though). We got a much better exchange rate when taking out cash from a bank cashpoint just across the street. Also please note that this is a pet-friendly facility, which we hadn't looked too closely at. Both me and my son had to medicate for pet allergies throughout our stay. Miss from our side, though!

Personnel, the lady at the reception desk was very nice, attentive, and very polite. Thanks a lot to her. She even helped us to eat with the taxi driver who was arriving by Uber and spoke only Turkish. We appreciate her help and thanks for professionalism. The apartment with a living room and bed room was super comfortable. Everything you need is there: well equipped kitchen, TV, all you need for leaving. The location is nice if you don't want to discover old Istanbul.

We were charged as we arrived early after midnight, but it is standard practice for all hotels once you check in early (we did not like a one room apartment where we stayed first night, the bigger apartment with bed room was super, we enjoyed it very much!). The water in the little piscine was terribly cold. But we survived. We stayed one week and no cleaning was made. But you have all stuff to do the cleaning yourself inside.

The property is beautiful and in an excellent location. You literally have everything you need around you and walking distance. One of the best things about staying at BayMari Suites is the bedding. The pillows and mattress are truly top tier in comfort! The furniture and electrical appliances are of high quality...really anyone can tell how much effort and care was put in this place.

It is not major, but the walls are super thin that everything can be heard. It's just a matter of the guests being considerate of one another especially in the evening.

Had everything we needed and the staff was quick sith taking care of additional things (like a tea kettle). Very easy to find restaurants and stores within a two-minute-walk close by. Not a hotel, but we were still offered free cleaning services and the cleaning stuff did an excellent job.

The sound insulation could be better - you can hear quite a bit of the street noise coming through at night.

The apartment was spacious and clean, staff is great, always there to help. You have everything in the apartment like an actual home. No problem even with late check in, and also free private parking in busy street was benefit. I am 100% sure that I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Istanbul!

Beautiful and very spacious apartment. Large terrace in front of the apartment. Airconditioning works very well. Luxurious bathroom. The reception is very helpful.

The location was disappointing for us. It was very difficult to get a taxi without help from the reception. It is located on a street with a lot of traffic. It is not very central to make trips to, for example, the Grand Bazaar. It is very busy on the roads, so you are regularly stuck in a traffic jam. In the neighborhood where the apartment is located, people (store employees) speak no English.
