We had an non-refundable reservation, without breakfast, for 2 rooms, each with 4 beds. As we arrived at the hotel extra-early - around 7 am, the staff was very kind and offered us similar rooms which were available at the moment - otherwise we should have been waiting until 12-14 to get checked-in. We travelled all night so we needed to rest asap. The rooms are very confortable and spacious enough, but we had to ask for more towels as they seemed to not pay attention that we were 3 persons in the room, and not 2. Even so, the reception staff were very nice and provided us imediately anything we needed. The Wi-Fi connection was pretty good also. We had no breakfast included - but I don`t think the hotel had a breakfast area anyway. I would recommend the place if you need something confortable, in this area. But not for touristique attractions as it is more than 30 minutes away from the center, by car.

Only two of the front office employees speak english and we had to use a lot the Google translate app :)) The older receptionist - even if didn`t speak english - was very helpful too, same as the two younger men who spoke english. The walls of the rooms are very thin - so even if you just speak a bit louder, it can bother your neighbours. I higlhy recommend to use ear-plugs - I had no issue to fall asleep with it, but otherwise it would habe been a challenge.

Room was very clean, an extremely comfortable bed, polite and caring stuff. Pretty close to the main street of this region, not so loud (for me personally). Simple and cozy. Rooms can be cleaned every day, you just have to ask for it.

I was living on the 5th floor right under the roof. During sunny days (even in April with maximum 20 degrees) it was insanely hot in a room, it was hard to stay there. Windows were stuck half open so I couldn't get descent ventilation while it was sunny. I have been told several times during my stay that AC will be fixed "tomorrow". That's the main disadvantage that made my stay a little uncomfortable from day to day. I believe It will be fixed closer to summer because of the seasoning. The rest of the list didn't really affect me a lot because I don't mind these conditions and it is usual for this price. Guests were very loud sometimes, I could hear shouting kids from a lower floor.

Although the hotel itself doesn't provide free parking, there is a secure car park literally next door for 150 Liras/day. Also, off-street parking is available. The area is a bit crowded, but I still found space for my rental car every night.

1. My room had a double bed with two single mattresses. The gap between the two mattresses widened overnight and made sleep a bit uncomfortable. Also, they can use a more comfortable mattress/pillow. 2. The room had three spare pillows with different firmnesses. I wanted to use the hard one, but it didn't fit in the provided pillowcase. Having spare pillows is good, especially if they are different firmness, but I don't see the point if they don't fit in the pillow case. 3. The place needs a bit of maintenance. The employees and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The 24-hour reception is always ready and there to help out. You are offered free tea and coffee in your room. The location is also really great and you are 2-minute walk from the public transport which is available 24/7 and connects you to most parts of the city very easily. The people at the reception are also super friendly, especially Mr. Fatih Bey who is so helpful and attentive to whatever a tourist might have difficulties with. Batuhan is also very friendly and can assist you if you only speak English, so language is not a problem in this hotel. The staff well over and beyond and helped me with so much during my 45-day stay. I will definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Quiet hotel in quiet area, was here for 5 days and I felt comfortable. Staff was friendly, I had asked them for an ironing board and they went out of their way to help. The location was good as it was a close taxi ride to the beach and seafront.

I can't think of anything. The hotel was nice and a good distance from the Convention Center where I was attending an event.

One person of staff speaks russian/english. Metrobus station not far, comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Good internet :)

Wrong map adress in booking, search in google maps (street is Pamuk Sk, not Hisar Sk, some min walking east). Need interior restoration or renovation, lighting and systems.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good wi-fi and very convenient place (easy to find and reach by public transport from both airports). Also a lot of cafes and shops all around nearby.

The room is VERY CLEAN! I tried to find some fault but hardly could find one. For the price that I paid for this hotel I really can't complain at all. It was a great bargain and I am glad I decided to go with this hotel. My room was quite spacious but it has low ceiling because it was on the top floor. However that was not a problem for me at all but tall people should be aware to request a room on the lower floors. This hotel has 5 floors and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor. For a cheap hotel, it was a surprise for me to find a safe box in the room. I am not sure if this is a standard for Turkey or if it was just an extra service by the hotel as this is my first time coming here. I initially booked for 2 nights but I extended for one more night. The STAFF. The staff are very friendly including the housekeepers. Most of them speak almost perfect english and there is no problem with misunderstanding at all. Restaurants, supermarkets are very close. Cheap food, expensive food there are a lot to choose from. There are also a few ATMs nearby. Finally, when you are smoking outside you can always ask for coffee from the reception.

The lamps on the corridors shuts too quickly. Most times I didn't get enough time to open the door before the lamps turn off. I had to make a silly jumps to make them turn on again. But that was just me. You can simply take a few steps back and it will turn on again when it detects movement. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel for very old people with slow movements. Soundproofing is not good as there is a 1 1/2 inch gap under the door. Luckily there is not many people staying on my floor and the sound of TV from the other room didn't last too long.
