It was close to the city center Taksim

For 4 night stay they didnt change covers of the pillow and blanket also they were so old many times used and very old.

We went to Istanbul for our honeymoon, They prepared and designed the room for us and left a Fruit basket in the fridge which was really delightful.Beautiful view of Istiklal Street could be seen from the window. The staff were all friendly. I had a little check-in problem in the beginning but the hotel manager (Mr.Volkan) handled it very well and kindly. The most wonderful things about this hotel are the excellent location and the very beautiful terrace on the 8th floor.

The room was a bit small and the breakfast Items were limited but acceptable compared to the room price. Also, It is noisy as it is in Istiklal street which wasn’t a problem for us.

The staff was fantastic, they were very helpful during my stay. They even let me check in earlier, as soon as they had a room ready. The location is second to none as it is pretty much on istiklal Street and not far from Taksim Square. All in all, it's a good bargain with an excellent service that you may hope for.

For the price I paid for, there's nothing i can complain about. It's probably just the fridge that is a little too old.

In my opinion, it was very good in general, especially if you want to have a hotel on Estiklal Street, the location was really good, the staff were very kind, the breakfast was good, and the location on the top floor was beautiful for breakfast.

The space in the rooms was very, very small, even there was no space to put the luggage in the room. Unfortunately, there was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, but overall it was good.

Breakfast is not enough good for that price and the problem with the elevator is a big problem, because there is a restaurant on the roof of the hotel and the customers from outside use the same three-seater elevator, which is the only one to go up to the terrace, and you have to wait a long time for your turn to go room!

It was my 2nd trip to Istanbul previously I booked a expensive hotel this time I stayed in Bruj Al Istanbul. It was three times cheap, the rooms were very clean and house keeping was exceptional. It is right on the street had the best stay. Breakfast was good. Every thing was perfect.

The Internet speed was unreliable and kept breaking. Definitely won't be able to take meetings or anything work related. The sheets were not comfy material and peeled considering Turkey is known for cotton I was expecting better quality sheets.

Superb location, friendly and supportive staff and comfortable room. Hopefully, my next stay shall be at Burj Al Istanbul hotel again inshaa Allah

Access to taxi and Uber but we take them from Bali Sukak close to hotel

The hotel is very clean, the stuff is nice and it's located in the heart of Istanbul where you can easily reach historical monuments, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. It was for the second time I chose Burj Al Istanbul and I would choose it again!
