I am very pleased with everything. Obviously they know how to take good care of their guests. The staff are amazingly professional especially Mr. Ilker and Ms.Melek were very lovely and friendly. I must also mention a very nice lady named Suhaila she knows how to make you stay memorable.

All in all Very nice and quite and chill hotel. I will gove a 8 out of 10. I enjoy it. Very comfortable and cozy room. Good bed, but not good pillows. Please look to replace them. Great breakfast. Except minor hick ups all was good. Unfortunayelly I will not come back, it is very important to me to have an option of having a good night drink after a long and busy business day. Thank you.

My major objections is that there wasn't any place in the hotel to have a glass of whiskey or beer after a busy business meetings day. Unfortunately there wasn't a bar serving alcohol. If you are international hotel, than be international. Good bed, but not good pillows. Please look to replace them.

I have tried several hotels in Istanbul and believe me, this is the best hotel in Istanbul, the whole hotel definitely functioned at 5 star level, really great! The customer service and warm welcome were great and much appreciated, and I haven't even mentioned how clean the hotel is and how delicious the food is, the rooms are cleaned very well every day and the food is great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to travel to Istanbul, it's really worth the money! Literally everything was to your liking, the beautiful rooms with beautiful views, the best room service that keeps the rooms super clean, the good air purification and air conditioning in the rooms, the food and even free transportation is offered to various tourist places from the hotel You will also receive excellent guidance in everything. A guy named Ramazan helped me very well, super super thankful for my wonderful stay at your hotel!

- Need to improve breakfast as it is not very rich - Asked for late check out as our flight was in the evening and our request was not considered claiming they are fully booked. After leaving the room they didn’t do anything in terms of cleaning it or getting it ready for the next guest which means they could have allowed us one hour extra. They simply didn’t care

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the restaurant, which is high up and has a great view of the Golden Horn. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

If you book a standard room with the view to the Artrium you have nearly no daylight in the room .

The hotel's view was absolutely stunning, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire place was impeccably clean—there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere! The towels were brand new, and the service exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also delightful. The team truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. At one point, I requested a specific tool, and not only did they gladly agree to provide it, but when it was taking a while, I followed up and discovered they had sent someone out to buy it—an impressive level of customer service. We will definitely return, and I want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. A special thank you to Mert, who was incredibly helpful with transportation on our last day.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The only issue was that the 10th floor, where breakfast is served, was quite cold. I assume they keep it that way to prevent food smells from lingering on clothes, which makes sense. Additionally, the hotel offers transportation to Istanbul Airport, which was very convenient. It would be even better if they could add a shuttle service for Sabiha Gökçen Airport as well.

The AC doesn't get below 23 and it takes long time to get cold. The pillows are not from good quality. The breakfast is very standard and lacks variety of food such as fruits, cakes, muffins, waffles, and different types of juice. The lighting system is annoying either you turn on most of the light or all off

The hotel is beautiful with very modern decor. The staff was very helpful. They even checked if our taxi had arrived and allowed us to wait in the lobby while they sorted everything out. Additionally, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was well-equipped, with toothbrushes, razors, a shaving kit, bathrobes, slippers, even a sewing kit, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hand soap, and body lotion. A nice extra touch was that they upgraded our room, and every night someone would knock on our door to give us chocolates and say good night. The minibar was also well-stocked, and the room service, which we used frequently, was very efficient and of excellent quality.

I believe the breakfast could be improved. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a more diverse and higher-quality selection. It was decent but could definitely be elevated to match the overall standard of the hotel. Overall, a great experience, but there’s room for improvement in the breakfast offering.
