Great amenities, great quality building and quiet room. Great views over Istanbul. Taxi stop downstairs. Ertugrul Bozkurt from the front office is excellent in paying attention to customer satisfaction. Thank you again for the fantastic stay.

The hotel is located in a great location, because I had a car, it was easy to reach the highway and there was no traffic, so it was easy to reach the hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was very big and clean. My room was on the 49th floor and had a very beautiful view. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the room, and these facilities made the hotel more prominent. The breakfast was good, of course, if it had more variety, it would be great. Finally, I would like to thank zahed, kemal, and Mustafa, who were the check-in staff and were very kind and friendly.

this was my second stay within this year in Fraser. I am sure I will have a third stay and more whenever i travel to Istanbul. nice area around, friendly people everywhere. golden gym, and super location. staff are very professional and friendly. had a pleasure to get help by Anas, a very nice and polite person.

I don’t know where to start! From start to finish we LOVED our stay! I informed them prior to arriving that I would prefer a higher floor as I was going for surgery and didn’t want to be in the hussle and bussle! The hotel kindly accommodated us! When we arrived, the lovely man at reception took us to our room, showed us some of the features and amenities! Made us feel right at home! It had everything you’d need for a 12 night stay! After surgery, we had do not disturb on the door as I was recovering. We got a lovely phone call every evening to check we were ok and if we needed anything! The team went truly above and beyond for us, it really made our experience! The property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it was in a prime location for us as it had a hair salon, super market and a couple of good restaurants near by! And only ever a 5-10 minute taxi away from tourist attractions!

Nothing! If we had to be picky, the room service finished at 6pm and we hadn’t adjusted to the time difference and were never hungry at that time! But they’ve got great food delivery service which the team graciously helped us with!

Very clean, modern, spacious apartments. My kids really enjoyed the opportunity to book the pool exclusively for our family. The pool itself was standard but the option to use it only for us was extremely exciting. Excellent Migros shop right at the ground floor of the hotel, taxi station also right next to the hotel.

We knew it from the beginning but still the property is way outside of the city center. Its 15 min on foot from the closest subway station.

Everything was above my expectations. The staff is excellent helpful, very polite and they solved all my requests as check out 3 hours later (they accepted it without extra charge). The apartment have excellent cleaning service, all the kitchen equipments you will need and everyhting smells "brand new"! The location is excellent, the view from 46th floor was amazing. I highely recommend it.

There is absolutely nothing I can mention!

The location of the hotel is good, avails the parking car in the hotel.

The price is expensive, and the breakfast does not have variations.

- really heated and warm private pool with a small pool for toddlers - nice view from elevated suites - spacious

- the kitchen is not equipped well, I even asked for a small pot twice but at the end they brought a big pot to boil egg! - for breakfast we ordered simple foods such as fried eggs but it was floated in the oil! The quality of food is not good and I had to talk with the chef but his answer was that this is how we make it in Turkey! Accessibility to lobby from outside is not convenient and confusing for all Uber taxis

We were lodged on the 42nd floor, so, the view was nice, but I am not sure that extra $20 per night that were agreed to pay upon check-in were worth ‘the sea view’ that you get - the sea is actually really away. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The gym is really well-equipped and spacious. Daily cleaning is included.

The pool is very small and sometimes personally booked by other guests, so, it’s better to do the same to be sure to get your pool time during the day. There’s a dishwasher in the apartment, but the dishes are really limited, so, one has to handwash everything during the day anyway. No kitchen towels and cleaning cloths provided- were advised to buy those from the supermarket (I think, this is because daily cleaning is included, but I really needed clean and dry kitchen in-between cleanings too).

The location, not easy access to the public transportation. It’s great if you rent a car or use Taxis otherwise it’s a long walk to the bus stop. There’s no option of restaurants & stores in its immediate vicinity. Just a grocery store & 2 Mediterranean restaurants . So you’re extremely limited in options versus hotels that are surrounded by shops & restaurants. This is only the negative side of the location otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay for its value.
