The hotel was clean, beautiful, very relaxing and a welcoming environment. The room smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. The staff respected us, and were ready to help!

1. We thought we could swim and we wouldn’t have to pay for anything but after we got ready and went down to the spa center, we were told to buy swimming caps and that we couldn’t use the pool without them. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere and we weren’t prepared for it. Two swimming caps cost around 15€, it seemed kinda unreasonable for such a cheap cap. 2. We weren’t able to open the windows due to the loud noise that came from the outside. I think it was from the AC’s 3. We couldn’t adjust the AC, it was too hot in the room even though it was 4 degrees outside. 4. The breakfast was good but not something you could eat every day. We got tired of the same breakfast and we didn’t have many choices. The same breakfast was served for 4 days in a row.

I love the customer service, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager was amazing the best (I can’t remember his name) lovely man he made our stay soooo special. It was my cousins birthday and he got us a massive cake. The spa is great and the massage ladies was fantastic (love them)

The reception area did look the same as pictures and the breakfast was not very wide range. It was the same breakfast everyday but was still tasty

The breakfast was good, but since my stay was for ten days, it became boring to eat the same thing every day.

There should be more food choices at least for breakfast (if you do not want to serve other meals). Also, I am not an active person, and the location forces you to walk uphill a lot to get anywhere - so I ended up using taxi services to get around.

The staff are nice and helpful. We were also allowed to check in early on arrival.

The room had a strong cigarette smell when we arrived. We were also asked several times to give a perfect score, however, it would not be honest for me to do so. The bunk bed which I got for my children is a little dangerous as the dividers had small gaps in which children can fall from.

Thank you the crew they are smiling they love to work and assistant visitors Thanks, hoson, azad, scdat, bilge,,, They helped me from day one to the time I left.

I did not like the location of the hotel,,, it is not suitable for the elderly,,, in case a car is not available

I have just returned home from my 1 week stay at this hotel. Well what can I say to sum it up . I had the best stay ever. I was upgraded to a lovely big room . The area itself is away from the tourist trap which I preferred but in close walking distance 8 minutes to metro . For a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking around no hassle at all , and I found it cheaper than over in Sultanahmet . Lots of places to eat and shops nearby . The breakfast was very nice indeed and I would like to mention a few people who made my stay perfect .. The very lovely man Adem who was always on hand to help , it was a pleasure to meet him . Also the very sweet and kind Burak who served breakfast each morning ! Also the other waiters I think Ahmet was his name ..all so pleasant . The staff on reception were all amazing and very helpful . A big Thankyou to the house keeping staff also !! You do a fantastic job . For me the customer service at this hotel was just top notch I’ve stayed at lots of hotels but this one was one of the best due to the lovely people who work here I will never forget you !! I’d highly recommended anyone to stay here .. you won’t be disappointed, the spa facilities are also very nice . I will look forward to coming back here next time I’m in Istanbul .

The staff was very pleasant and helpful! Everyone always smiles and asks how you are doing. Special regards to younger waiters and receptionists. Unfortunately, I did not remember their names, but they are legends! Having free water bottles, coffee, kettle, and tea in the room was a nice touch!

Breakfast could have been a bit more diverse, because every day it was the same. Wifi signal was also not very good in the rooms. So, if you plan on having video calls, good luck. If you plan on going to the pool, have in mind that you need to buy the swimming caps if you did not bring them with you.

Everything was great, I was very satisfied with my choice, the room was clean, the toilet, the mattress and everything was great, the pool water was completely clean, and most importantly, breakfast was served until 12 o'clock and that was delicious, which I think was the best advantage of it, the staff were nice. They were friendly and kind.

Nothing.. Only the hotel was located uphill, which is quite normal in Istanbul, but it had good access to many other places.

I recently stayed at Concept Nisantasi Hotels & Spa and had a fantastic experience! The breakfast offered each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It really set the tone for the day. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The bathroom was also pristine, which I always appreciated. The hotel staff were incredible. I came for a rhinoplasty and they couldn’t have been sweeter or more attentive. Always smiley and ready to help. On our first night we asked for a local restaurant recommendation and one staff remember actually walked us there. The rooms were stylish, the location was good. I have seen a lot of reviewers complain that taxis refused to go up the hill to the hotel - we got plenty of taxis and not one refused to go up! So don’t worry about that. I also saw many complain that the street / area it’s in feels dodgy and unsafe. Ok so it’s off a Main Street but myself and 69yo mother walked around loads from the horse and never felt unsafe - really think people make a fuss about nothing sometimes. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the hotel!

The first room we were put in was pretty tiny and close to the elevator so we were kept awake with constant dinging throughout the first night. We asked if we could change room and they were very kind and switched us to a much bigger room away from the lifts. I would just say that they chose style over substance with the rooms - the furniture looks great but the bedside tables don’t have drawers, neither did the one under the tv so there’s only a wardrobe. They could consider adding furniture with drawers to make storage a bit easier.
