The hotel had excellent rooms, with a balcony that got afternoon sun, on a quiet side street, 20 metres from the main Nisantasi shopping area where all the best action and cafes are too. The room was very spacious, with a huge bed, big bathroom and shower, lovely linen and the hotel staff were stunning. It had tea and coffee facilities and a little fridge too. They greeted me by name at every opportunity and checked in to make sure everything was ok. It felt very personalised and that it was important to them someone was keeping an eye out for me. The staff organised for 3 guests to attend a night dinner cruise on the Bosphorus and gave me advice on what tourist sights to prioritise, the areas to keep away from and how to navigate the tourist hotspots to find all the more local places to go. This area is the best place to stay if you hate the tourist touts, hassle, crowds and gross high street shopping. Instead it is a vibrant and really cool neighbourhood with green space parks and fabuous shopping, with lots and lots of local designers as well as the usual Prada etc mixed in with some high street. It has stunning cafes and restaurants in this area too, with my favourite being Cup of Joy around the corner from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was even larger than it appeared in the photos, which was a wonderful surprise. The bed was exceptionally large and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. The location of the hotel was unbeatable – right in the heart of Nişantaşı, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. In summary, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for the excellent service – we will definitely be back!

The property was at the perfect location, in the heart of Nisantasi. We would go shop and drop our things at the room, and so on. There are many cafes nearby which is extremely convenient. In the room, there’s a display for a QR code where you can order food or other things though an application and it would be delivered to your room. The prices were excellent. The staff were amazing!! This is one of the finest accommodations I've had the pleasure of staying in. The hotel itself holds merit, but it's the location and staff that truly stand out. It's conveniently situated within easy reach of everything you could possibly need, from shopping to fine dining. The hospitality of Mr. Latef from the reception was truly remarkable, and his kindness and warmth were evident throughout the stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Nisantasi. Excellent and welcoming staff. Omar, Umet and the gentleman who works during afternoon and night time were very professional, friendly and helpful. The service employee was very helpful and attentive. I have to specially mention Cem who is very warm, friendly and facilitated our stay with his excellent recommendations. The hotel and the room was impeccable. Room was ample with a sofa. The bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Eventhough the hotel is in the center it was tranquil enough to have a good rest. I will definitely stay in this hotel on our next Istanbul visit!

The location is second to none! The rooms is good for 2. We didnt end up using the balcony. No good view on the side. I will come back 100%

Only one thing, toilet papers are used as tissues dor the room. If they can provide tissue boxes for the room that would be great. I suggest having free water whenever the rooms are cleaned.
