I usually stay on the European side but fancied a changed, i choose this hotel and went for the suite, im glad i paid extra as we had good space and separate living room as we were there for a week it was nice to be able to sit on the sofa and watch tv and have a coffee :-) the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. the location is fantastic, walking distance to metro ferries and buses but also only a 5 min walk to a big market stalls and food area. there is also loads of food places and shops around all streets. you have a supermarket next door to the hotel. personally i will come back to this hotel :-)

these are just minor things but i like to be honest please get new pillows, these are so bumpy and hard :-( breakfast was good but would of liked more hot food options or different style of eggs not just boiled everyday

Modern rooms, very friendly staff, good location close to Port and Metro of Kadiköy. Nice abd Spacey lounge area Close to shops and local restaurant. Reception does not speak much English, but we got along well...

Breakfast could improve. Only white bread, not even Simit. I would try to avoid the miserable plastic cups for water and cancel French Fries from the breakfast list. Some people eat it, yes, but IT is bad taste (and bad food) especially so early in the morning in any culture. Sorry, I had to say this. I liked the Hotel and want it to improve. :)

Lovation was excellent only a few blocks from the waterfront. We stayed on the top floor, which was nice. Staff were accommodating and helped us with booking a taxi. Lots of small shops in the neighborhood and opened late.

Area was loud at night, either with street cleaners or random people yelling at night. Couch had cigarette burns on it. The AC was very small, and there wasn't a unit in the bedroom. The bathroom was dated, to say the least.

Great Hotel with friendly stuff! We stayed for 10 nights and it was perfect. Cleanness is on point, and the cleaning stuff are attempting to provide to guests everything that is needed. The location is also lovely, basically on the coast on the Asian side of Istanbul where there are a lot of markets, stores etc. If you take a ferry for 8-12TL you can get to the other coasts of Istanbul and it’s a wonderful experience. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and a parking (not from the hotel) with affordable prices and great people working there as well. Great for price-quality, should visit it!

Everything at hotel was perfect. Emir very happy and helpfuly guy. Also the cleaning lady (i don't know her name) was smiley and asking to help us . Thanks for all.

We have no complaint. About Cleaning was really perfect About breakfast was really too much.

Good location - close to the ferry and many restaurants. The staff is friendly and reception is always open.

The room was clean but a deep clean is needed, for example: in the showers there were pieces of wall falling a bit, the water drainer was not cleaned and the boiler was dirty inside. The wifi didn't work well in the floor 4 - only close to the door of the room it worked, but in the bed and chair it didn't work. The bed needs to be changed because it's too old so during the night it wasn't 100% comfortable.

Hotel location is so near to Kadikoy Metro Station, ferry terminal and also bus interchange. So accessible to go connect to anywhere. Plus the staff are super duper friendly. There is one commendable staff (didnt get his name). He helped us almost everytime we met him. My dad is using a wheelchair and his help is really out of this world. He even helped my dad to order food online using his phone and deliver the food to his room. What a WOW service from him!

Maybe the housekeeping forget to give us drinking water in our suite for the 4 nights that we booked. Breakfast are the same throughout the 5 days. But its better than nothing.

This hotel is my home in Istanbul. The staff extremely smiley. Especially emir and baris was great.The manager mr Huseyin was very interested for us. Breakfast is perfect Turkish breakfast. Rooms are very clean .Everyday they cleans the room.Location is awesome. You can go everywhere you want and find everything your looking for.

The location was good, it was located close to the metro, bus stop, ferry, far enough away from the entertainment centers to not disturb the noise, but close enough to walk.

The staff was not very helpful. We asked for an iron, but it was not given for 5 days. Everything else was normal.

Excellent position, just in front of the ferry boat station and of the bus station, many restaurants and street food shops are available all around at almost any hour, very active neighbourhood. Nice people in the staff, comfortable room. Safe depot for luggage in case of need.

Why there were no sheets in the bed? The rooms looking on the court may be a little noisy if the window is left open, overall these are the specific sounds of the city (Seagulls, Cats, Muezzins) and it is enough to close the window to have drastically reduce the noise ;-)
